oh well, in that case i agree with you. i don't know, in flatout 2 it was like that. a minute into the race of that FLUC video would have had the either cars spoiler off/doors off/hood off but i guess they've toned down the damage some.
it is like burnout but the cars don't drive as arcadey. the cars in flatout drive as if they have weight to 'em which is why ive always preferred flatout over burnout. plus the crashes are way better.
you wouldn't survive if the damage system was to be a little more realistic. its not supposed to be a realistic game anyway
sucks. wouldnt matter then cause i'm getting the game soon anyway
any word on an online-multiplayer demo
i disagree @ bpmurr since the premium is a better deal than the core.
its shown in KM/H
the PS3 is going to go through the same process people, all consoles do. no need to start flaming.
UHHH
the 360 is in a better position to drop its price than the ps3. that said, i can't see why MS wouldn't do the same if Sony was to price drop. Sony isn't even turning a profit yet(unlike MS).
Because a lot of people care more about whats happening now, the present. not "future potential." not what "it could be in a few years." but instead, what each console offers so far and so far and the 360 is ahead in terms of great games and the amount of it. like i've stated before, the PS3 still has to prove its 600$ worth to the masses.
about your question on "short term" DVDs. go to gametrailers and listen to GOW creator jeffe. he'll give you a...
looks so fresh. so clean
"Philipson believes the strong brand loyalty to Sony consoles"
i didn't think it was so universal: "brand loyalty to sony consoles." PS1 didn't sell a lot mainly because of the brand "sony" alone. good marketing, pricing, and great games were the main factors.
not saying its not possible for ps3 to reach 100 million by the way, just tryna point out that its going to be A LOT harder for sony to reach it this time around.
"Philipson believes the strong brand loyalty to Sony consoles will result in PS3 emulating the success of PS2 and PS1, which each sold more than 100 million units worldwide."
i disagree. brand loyalty? if that was the case then nintendo would still be on top today(which isn't the case after NES, SNES). strong brand loyalty for the ps1 and ps2 were there because both consoles earned it by having a great gaming library. Nintendo killed theirs by lacking that during the ...
that looks sick.
any word on a demo date?
is this multiplayer?
360 woulda followed right after anyway
whats the point of posting up news like these. atleast state "rumor" in the title if it isn't legit. N4G needs better moderators for some of these news posts
