I LOVED Infamous. In my opinion it was one of the most "fun" video games in years. The pacing, comicbook cut scenes, speed... everything was perfect.
And like everybody else I am blown away by the graphics and quality. I just pray that the "fun" factor isn't replaced with immersive challenging gameplay.

Natal is definately more innovative but Microsoft should include a processor to prevent lag, its worth the price.
We know exactly what to expect from the SWii. Even if it doesn't work out this is good for gamers. It ensures Nintendo will have to inovative for WiiHD.
My only concern is Sony will dedicate some of it best studios to the Swii rather than for what hardcore gamers who hate physical activity crave
Played the demo for 5 minutes, got bored, turned it off.

Why do companies release demos for sub-par games?

A few (non-educated) opinions...
1. Don't be surprised if the next round of consoles are released in 2013+ simply because Sony and Microsoft need to make their money back.
2. Microsoft is rich, but they still have to answer to their shareholders who might not be very impressed with the risk / reward in the console business.
I would be very surprised if either company has already signed contracts for the next GPU's this early in development.
Am I the only guy who liked the original single-player campaign better?

Guys, lets just be honest. The PS3 has some problems.
- There are too many OS updates (compared to 360) Need a better beta testing process
- Browser, lets face it, is garbage. But its still better than no browser at all (360)
- Downloading and installing seems to take long compared to 360
But... PS3 games rock and unlike my 360, the PS3 never breaks.
I felt that I had to like this game or would be ostracized for being superficial.
But man, you just do the same three things over and over... gave up half way through.
I understand what they are trying to do, but its not necessary.
There is NO link between violence and videogames. Although its hard to believe due to over-saturated media, but the world is at its safest point in the history of man kind. Violence, specially in technically sophisticated societies, is the lowest it has ever been.
One of my favorite games of all time! Buy it!
I don't know why, but I absolutely LOVE this game. Its probably the tightest controls I have ever used.
Normally I am not a fan of open world games, but this one is just too much fun... specially when you start getting the better powers.

My biggest complaint about gaiming is it takes 5 minutes to start a game on my PS3. If all the games were stored in RAM and ready to go on onlive, I would use the system JUST FOR THAT!
Throw in lower cost for personal hardware, no piracy, retail, or used games (which raises the price of games for all of us), and you have a winner.
My biggest fear is the compression artifacts will hurt the quality of gaming. But if it doesn'...

If it works as advertised (and thats a big "if"), then yes, I think the consoles are doomed.
Just the fact that it doesn't take 5 minutes to start up and play a game is enough for me.
But also the fact that I can buy or rent games instantly means MUCH more gaming... you don't even have to think about it, just pay a few bucks for a days worth of gaming!
For those reasons, I am willing to max out at 720p

A huge advantage is that graphic and physics quality would go through the roof!! You would no longer be restricted by hardware as your game would be run on massive servers.
I love it!
But bandwidth (outside of South Korea and Japan) is probably not ready for prime time yet... maybe by the time PS4 ships.
