Free, charming (for about 3 levels), and Free.
Both games can have equal teamplay benefits.
A solid clan in either game can dominate in any mode in either game. Campers/Snipers in Team Objective Modes ruin the experience in both games. Campers/Good Snipers can be a valuable team asset in deathmatch though.
You could turn this argument on both games so there's no point in even bringing it up. Only fanboys of either game will argue it. I've seen plenty of campers and total "insert expla...
Its true.
Its like when people complain about the prices of NFL/MLB tickets and player salaries...they are what they are because people pay for it.
Period. The consumer dictates the direction of an industry over time...look at the Wii. It forced MS and Sony to come up with a casual/motion periferal.
But when you try to tell someone that, they just argue and deny . . . then go back to playing COD, Halo, BF, KZ, etc. Hilarious.
What about the US?
I love the White Fat PS3's. They look awesome.
Hahaha. Perfect.
Well said.
weird analogy .. but effective!
funny
Agreed.
There are moments in Heavy Rain that get so hectic, I've never experienced anything like it in a game before or since. The worst part is the consequences for you actions in the situations!
It was awesome.
He clearly has not played all the games.
Kratos' vengeance against the Gods is an amazing story and the way they have woven all the Lore of the Gods into the games is excellent.
Quagmire clearly doesn't remember that Kratos was at one time the youngest captain of Sparta's army...just as he was about to die he made a deal with Ares...Ares made him conquer in the name of the Gods for sparing his life..Ares then sent him to destroy the town/villa...
I think people really wanted Dead Island to be better than it really is.
Think about it ... long time in developement with a lot of hype building up, amazing CGI trailer (that misleads people into thinking they'd be playing the husband in teh trailer), great premise/plot, and zombies!
What we got was an average game (not as good as Fallout 3/New Vegas, or Far Cry 2 in terms of open world FPS style RPG), bad main characters, repetitive side missions, e...
I was dissapointed when I saw the modern them to this game . . .
The last one wasn't perfect but it was pretty good and I love the western/expansion of the U.S. timeframe.
Too bad. You blew that one Ubi!
Find a way to get back to Raccoon City and the original Mansion...almost like a complete backtrack from the end of RE2 to the beginning of RE.
I want RE to get away from the Las Plagas theme and get back to its roots . . . when RE was incredible.
Completely agree with everything you said.
Can't believe reviewers didn't kill them on these points. Other games are CRUCIFIED for less! Fact.
With todays technology there is no excuse. Especially when games like this are 30+ hours long compared to 4 hours long if you played start to finish like in the NES days.
WOW!
My biggest problem with Dead Island is how reptitive side quests are and the way things respawn exactly where they were.
Its "average/good" but could have been great.
Nope.
"Gaming Journalism" with personal agendas did. Overly opinionated "gamers" that don't know how to have fun did.
Plus people just love to hate what is popular. I wonder if games like Battlefield or Medal of Honor or Killzone were as wildly populay as COD if they would hate on them and criticise each installment as the same game with new skins?
Its September 11th (God Bless America) by the way... a little too early for this don't ya think?
Forget NES . . .
Super Mario 3 is the best Mario of all time!
I liked Super Mario 2, especially digging through sand with Toadstool. That guy can move some sand! I'm glad I was old enough to be around for the NES explosion. I loved NES and SNES, then Nintendo kind of lost me.
I really like it but it is super repetitive and the side quests can just get downright boring.
I love the idea, setting, etc. The main characters are pretty cheezy "who do you voodoo b!+ch!" LOL and the weapons break down crazy fast. Plus things respawn exactly where they were once you leave and come back.
Its a good game .. . but could have been great. 7/10 from me. Average game and if you like the genre it is worth buying, otherwise Gamefl...
Kran..
I agree on the 7/10.
I really like it but there is part of me that finds it almost repetitive to the point of boredom. I love the locale and story. The game is fun and can get intense when you start to get overwhelemd...but the side quests and such can get very repetitive. Its like Fallout3 and Far Cry2 had a Zombie baby!
Its good but I feel like it could have been better...weapons break down wayyy too fast too.
Pozzle . . .
Dude, did you even play RE4 or 5?
Look up Shiva and Jill's attire for RE5 (tight clothes for Shiva and what looks like a skin tight fetish outfit for Jill) and Ada Wong in RE4 (Insanely rediculous red dress, high heels, and garter belt).
The reaction to this new character shows no one plays RE anymore. They have been doing this for a while now.
PS. Good to see so many people interested in RE again...
I had a zombie vanish into a wall of bushes after I killed it . . . and it had 2 weapons that I had upgraded and spent a bunch of time/money on.
I searched on both sides of the bushes and couldn't pick up the corpse even once.
Pissed me off SSSOOoooooo much!
