The best RE game was the remake on GameCube IMO, controls were clunky as hell but the atmosphere and design was fantastic. Not saying this will be on the same level but looks very promising. Plus it’s on gamepass so no downside.
You actually misunderstood what I originally said, people make out like there loads of exclusives on PS5 and yet you’ve only been able to name a handful, which is just as much, if not more on Xbox. Also, when did a game being exclusive make it any better than the tonnes of other great games out there?

Ok mate let’s just agree to disagree. It’s one thing to be happy with the lineup of games your console offers but trying to pass but trying to pass your personal preferences off as fact is another. I’m really not fussed about the majority of games you listed, and it’s fine for you to feel the same about the Xbox lineup. Just accept people have different tastes and move on.

Seriously though, the move is admittedly anti-consumer, no arguments with that. But it’s clear that they’re looking to phase out this subscription model in favour of gamepass. As a Series X owner, I’m currently enjoying 3 months of it for £1, and with the amount of reward...
...so 6? Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent list, but just off the top of my head I could name Halo Infinite, Hellblade 2, Forza, State of Decay 3, Fable and Avowed for Xbox. And I’m pretty sure there’s more than that. So saying ‘PS5 is the place for exclusives’ isn’t really true is it.
Plus, how many exclusives have actually been announced on PS5? People seem to be imagining games that don’t actually exist.

The majority of those 800 games are shovelware, that’s why they don’t rotate.
Gamepass does regularly rotate games but they generally stay on the service for 6-12 months (sometimes longer). Plus you’re starting to see 3rd party games coming day 1. And as the above comment states, there’s around 350 games on there now.
So yeah, that’s why.
The game is on gamepass day 1, plenty of people will be able to make you their own minds on it.
