Pretty sure Omikron was conceived on PC (the opening dialogue refers to the Dreamcast as a ‘computer’).
But yes, the Dreamcast is and will always be my favourite console. Shenmue, Soul Calibur and Sonic Adventure were the big 3 for me.

Remember, Halo should’ve been a launch title. I’m not sure how much of that was Phils fault, but the fact that he was willing to delay the game a whole year as opposed to rushing it out shows progress at the top.

The guy is out of work during a global pandemic. While I’m sure he’ll be ok given his vast experience, others won’t be so lucky. Would hardly call that a ‘great job’.
That’s where they are with their leadership though. Jim Ryan said a few years back (before he was head of SIE) that he doesn’t know why people would want to play old games. Microsoft had that outlook at one time, and it took a change of leadership to address that... just sayin.
