Bad example as 3 monitors isn't possible to do on a console and obviously would require more ram and a better gpu than any console even has.

Definitely not sir. Besides a couple of first party sellors on Nintendo consoles, multiplatform sales are dismal compared with ms or sony. As for handhelds, meaningless to me. I'd rather play on a laptop or console. If Im on the go, Ill be doing something else or just surf the net on my phone.
