What if Kratos becomes Odin and his son is Thor? They have said this is set in the migration time and is pre-Norse. They have said that Kratos is a god and tries to teach his son how to become one. Some other clues about his son is the lighting in the arrow and obviously Thor uses lightning. Another is Thor has been depicted as having a red beard in classic mythology and Kratos' son does have red hair in the game. Anyway I am probably way off but it is an interesting thought I had about t...
Yeah it is good to see Sony allowing the Santa Monica studio to do this with a franchise as big as God Of War. So often we see the same franchises never really taking such big risks and after awhile they all bleed into one another. Honestly I have yet to even finish Ascension because it was so much like 3 which ended the core trilogy on a very high note. Now this will get more people in the series and I have no doubt we will see future installments of this new run of the games. I have been a ...
If it is just the single player I won't really care. But if for some reason they would also include the multiplayer as it was and keep the hackers out then I'd start playing it again. Honestly we need a back to basic COD without all the silly abilities.
I have really been enjoying it. Haven't had any freezes unlike what I had with FO3 and NV on PS3. The game has been extremely smooth on PS4 for me and I've only seen bugs like this so far. https://youtu.be/pQgRW0xlUt...
With the new quest system the year one missions are much easier to follow. Also if he only got to the sparrow part which is at level 4, then yes he would be better off just starting over from scratch.
You really should have waited until after you got a chance to play it with the 2.0 update. The story missions have been integrated into a Quest system and split up into chunks that make it much easier to get through. There will also be new Quests that come with The Taken King. Even vendors are getting in on this with Banshee having rep you can earn by testing out weapons for him in both PvE and PvP. It actually feels like a new game with the changes they have made and I cannot wait to see wha...
I am pretty excited for The Taken King to come out. I have had a Hunter since day one and started a Warlock yesterday. I got him to level 24 by the time I had re ran all the main story missions and two strikes that you have to complete in quests. Still have to finish leveling out both sub-classes and complete those quests as well. Next week will be when I start a Titan to see if it will be faster to level since the patrol missions will be giving out XP as well. If you have been on the fence a...
Everyone who buys The Taken King will get a consumable to raise a character to 25. Good chance to start a new one if you don't have three already.
It really isn't that big of a deal. Even Vault Of Glass wasn't available during launch week of vanilla Destiny. I have already pre-ordered TTK and cannot wait to get in there and go through the new story missions and seeing all the new weapons and gear I can earn. I took a 10 month break from the game due to burn out on trying to get three characters through everything. Now with the changes I can decide day to day what character I want to focus on with my Hunter always being my main. ...
Destiny, The Dark Below, and The House of Wolves are all part of year 1. The Taken King is the beginning of year 2. I have no doubt we will see more DLC expansions in Year 2 and then get Destiny 2 next year for the beginning of Year 3. So with this edition you get all of year 1 and just the start of year 2.
I like the look of it. But I will be waiting for the PS4 version to buy it. No biggie for me seeing as I just bought Far Cry 4 and still have other games from last year I want to get. But this fall I will be crammed with Uncharted Collection, Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, and maybe MGSV, Mad Max, and AC Unity. Still need to get AC Syndicate too.
That is very likely. It is even a Tuesday which is the general release day for games today. Would be a perfect way to kick off that day and honestly I could wait until then.
Yes those are very impressive and the guys at Guerilla said today that what they showed was Pre-Alpha. Now let that sink in for a moment. The game looks that good now so just imagine what it can become with more polish as it gets closer to an actual release.
I'm watching the video of them from the Playstation E3 Experience from earlier today and they said what they showed is Pre-Alpha. If it looks that good as Pre-Alpha what more can they do with it before they finally release it? It already looked good enough to release so I am seriously blown away now. I am so glad that Sony let them start up a new IP and I love the look of the game so far. The story sounds very intriguing as well.
The R&C remake/reboot is not coming out until the Spring of next year. Most likely right around the movie release. But we are getting the Uncharted collection this fall and God Of War 3 on the PS4 soon.
I cannot believe it is really happening. FFVIII remake. Hell yes.
I only own a PS4 so I naturally will be buying Fallout 4 for it. That being said I don't know right now why we should even care about when we will be getting the mod support. Yes there will be a lot of mods on the PC version but we don't know how or what will actually be moved over to the consoles. More importantly we don't really know just how massive the game itself will be. The creating aspect could give me hours upon hours of gameplay alone. But of course we will have a whole ...
I am seriously excited for the creating stuff in this game. I am going to spend so much time making my own settlements and weapons/armor.
Edit: Damn we are getting it this year too. Wow!!!
Nice sale but I just bought Sleeping Dogs for my PS4 a little over a week ago. It kind of sucks seeing if I had waited I could have gotten it much cheaper.
We all know it will be Superior.
