Think for a second about how many different times RE4 has been released. NGC>>PS2>>PC>&g t;iOS (not one, but two times)>>PS3 and 360.
RE4's "HD" is pretty cheaply done. The only reason that it nets such a positive review score is because it's 'still' the same RE4. That kind of thing will only work for so long.
Yeah, but at the same time, hands-on editors should know the kind of problems they're looking at, and have a realistic idea of whether or not these issues are going to be fixed in the final version.
If you received a preview copy and its littered with bugs and horrible glitches such as this was, maybe a month before release, do you honestly expect that it's all going to be fixed by the time the game releases?
If the Fiona's handles could be removed, if you just wanted to use the tablet...you know, to do all the things a tablet does, I'd be all for that. How would you take the device anywhere? How would you store it? It would be useful in only landscape mode. As it stands, it's a device used for one purpose when the market for tablets is a market for 1 device that does a lot of different things.
I've seen videos where there's a keyboard and mouse attached th...
That's really cool - an unconventional take on photography.
It doesn't matter how low a price is for a game - people will still pirate or try to pirate.
Saying the industry is at fault for piracy is like saying the rape victim is at fault because she wore a short skirt. Am I over-reacting? Perhaps, but that's exactly how retarded that notion is.
People today don't understand the concept of "I can't afford it, I'll save up til I do," If they can't afford it, they'll pirate, but ...
Cause it's a clever way around answering the question.
The whole purpose of gaming on a phone is that you don't need other accessories to carry around.
From the forums, it looks like Absolute Steve is going to act on behalf of all of the authors who had their work stolen.
No word yet on how successful the authors will be in getting any compensation for this, but the first step is just getting the stuff taken down.
These sites aren't always ignorant when it comes to the facts, nor are they terrible at their jobs. It's all about who the audience is and who's footing the bills. Additionally, I wouldn't give much credit to the Buzz Out Loud podcast predictions show hard-nosed journalism - it's more of a...well, prediction. However there was an article about the 3G Vita potentially being cancelled in North America.
CNET editors adore Apple products. The whole site su...
Let the shit storm begin.
I loved BG&E and have been waiting for a sequel ever since I played it. And that wait...has been agonizing.
So why exactly is the article picture from Manhunt?
*looks at name* PersonMan, PersonMan, hit on the head with a frying pan, lives his life in a garbage can, PersonMan..."
Ahem.
That might have been why the game was delayed, to help eliminate that. So long as it doesn't have some of the horrible glitches that Homecoming had, I think I'll be happy.
The thing is, Kotaku doesn't always call themselves a gaming website. They claim that they focus more on culture rather than on gaming, yet a lot of times they fall back on their gaming website lineage. I don't read it particularly because of their fascination with all things Japan. I totally understand that people like Japan, but these guys seem to poke at it just because people know weird stuff happens in Japan.
The new EiC is planning to make Kotaku 'the pl...
I had to watch the account this holiday due to other bills, or else I would have raped by Steam.
Yeah, the download alone would put a pretty big dent in the monthly allowance. If you have that sort of internet plan.
These guys really have it out for Sony - they're just bringing the anti-SOPA movement a bad name. A simple Google search (which I did earlier today) shows a list of all supporters of the SOPA, including people /companies who were for it, then suddenly changed their minds. Some of these companies have their web addresses, even their personal cell phone numbers on this list. And these are supposedly great internet hackers - yet the only organization they can seem to target is Sony. It...
He's not going to make it.
You need to move around to ensure that clots don't form, and standing up now and then just doesn't cut it. People who attempt to do that sort of thing end up dying when they go to take a leak. Eating nothing but pizza that his friends are feeding him, not to mention the severe sleep debt he's going to accrue and what that does to your body, especially while not doing anything physical - I seriously doubt he'll make it.

Sounds like this guy had a really rough time with the game running on his machine. I ran the same game in high quality and didn't experience any of the issues referred to.
I forgot the Wii release for RE4, in addition to the Zeebo and mobile phone platforms. And with some small exception, the RE4 re-releases have gotten worse and worse, instead of added to the overall experience. The PC version was just outright terrible, and the iOS release seemed like a good proof of concept, if nothing else.
OoT has been released a couple of times, but it's also added the Master Quest, and transitioned it into 3D. On the 3DS, you can tell that textures...
