This doubly sucks since most of the time when you purchase a used game (for instance at Gamestop or EBgames) it's usually pretty expensive, especially if it's a newer, popular game.
Why don't these publishers just tug at the game store's pockets? Let's say that you purchase a game new, a month or so later trade it back in. Well you know that there's a steep markup (they might give you 30 bucks for your game and turn around and sell it for 50). Why...

I thought those char marks were a little out of place...:\
Heavy Rain was made for the Playstation Move, that much is clear. Move would get rid of any quirks in the control scheme. It was awkward on the Sixaxis because the Sixaxis is for more...hardcore games that require loads of button-mashing and more standard control schemes.
I read somewhere that the two of them were supposed to be released simultaneously. Then again, I also read that RE5: Alternate Edition was supposed to be released with the PS Move.

Took the longest time to get, but ultimately the most satisfying ending...actually...hmm.
I'm embarrassed. Are there actually women out there that think they're special in a digital realm because they have a vagina? Where really said vagina doesn't even matter? It's a male dominated field, honey--if you go in advertising you're a woman, you're going to get your feelings hurt, that's just the way these things work. And sure all races creeds, colours, bi/gay/lesbian gamers 'should' also be able to express said unique feature about them in thei...
I think they released too much information about the game too early. By the time the game came out you could find the first hour of game play online. I understand creating a bit of hype with the opening intro, some random game play vids, but it's like ruining the ending to a good movie.
Is the 360S power brick still the same huge thing? Would definitely be a bonus if they changed that--my entertainment unit isn't full enclosed, and that huge power brick resting next to the TV is cumbersome and destroys the aesthetics of the room.
I think they did it on purpose to see if it would happen, if MS did anything about it, then laughed it off when they saw that they didn't, made it seem like an accident.
Most people don't move their consoles when games are playing, but you'd think MS would have offered a little bit of leeway when just moving the console slightly to adjust cables or whatnot. They didn't, so let's not move the console then, eh?
Son of a bitch! I've been waiting for this for years, and now they go and release it on the 3DfuckingS?! Dammit!
That comment doesn't make sense.
in terms of the manufacturing process, Nintendo has been outed as the worst offender for game consoles. Nintendo could definitely jump on board with this stuff.
Incidentally, MS will destroy your discs 10% more if you move the console, or if there's an earthquake or a flood while you're playing the game lmao.
That looks like a pretty bad photoshop to me. The top display isn't even centred.
Heard that there was a lot of selling out in this one in some of the media lately. Hope that doesn't mar the experience, MGS is a ip that I was just starting to get into...

Considering that anyone outside of the US can't really get Hulu, I wonder if this will be available at all? It'd be nice to see all of these little subscriptions integrated into the XBL subscription fee, but what are the odds of that happening, hmm?
Of course then you have to deal with the gripes of the people who would never use it, why should they have to pay for it...but still...if it's there...
Most of those are essentials. XBL isn't what one would call an essential, but when you consider that a good 45% of people that are going to respond here don't pay any of those things other than the shoes and getting their income tax docked....you start to get the full picture.
Still, MS XBL is overpriced, especially when you have to already pay the ISP or cable bill, pay for the accessories to get you online....
Did you even like...read the article at all?
I thought I was the only one who noticed that. How many times did I find the word 'lazy' in this article?
It's a real shame, the article was well written and written by someone who really has some background in what he's talking about. But people on the Internet are experts at making games, for real. All you need to do is update textures and environments for graphics that's all blahblahblahblahblahimnotliste ntingblahblahblahnotlistening!! !
Hasn't this been done before?
