A browser is not vital to gaming. While I can concur, a YouTube app would be nice and I'm getting a little ticked at the overall lack of remote play support for PS3 games, I don't see the need for the browser.
I think people's problem with the Playstation Vita is two-fold.
People want something more powerful than the 3DS, better graphics, better battery life, more processing power but they want it at the price of the 3DS or lower. That's not the way the world works. You don't gripe that a Ferrari should cost the same as a Focus, do you?

I loved SR3 - while sometimes it seemed over the top, it did so in a way that was decidedly toned down. Riding around town with a tiger in the passenger's seat felt normal for the game. When you hold something for a long time, if you hold it tightly, it's actually pretty common for your hands to sweat. Some people don't like that feeling and feel the need to wipe their hands off.
