Personally what drew me to the ps4 was the hope for more UC and TLOU and the potential for more New ips like The Order. Sony has consistently produced alot of titles that I loved playing.

In order to get good games you have to get the best. Good talent in this area is hard to come by. Devs get paid alot because they have high stress and mentally demanding jobs that few have the aptitude for. Still the actual devs writing code usually don't make near as much as you would expect. It is the management that usually takes the big money.
I think this is taken out of context. He could have chosen his words better but he is actually being open and honest. At the end of the day all companies are trying to increase profits. He said they listen to them and consider petitions but they come after a list of other important factors that have to be considered.

not sure I follow the territories commemt... A Japan launch still left to go early next year will probably mean another million at least for Sony.
Until last weekend ps4 only had one territory... currently it has only extended to Europe which pretty much puts them on par. Even if in Europe there were a couple extra countries ps4 released to, I don't know of any Sony is selling in currently where ms could hope for any significant impact...

It is a good thing that voice recognition is only limited by software for the ps4. The ps4 has a good mic array hardware wise. There are plans already to extend the commands... adding additional commands should be fairly trivial compared to having to rework an entire ui.
Personally I would take vita remote play over voice commands any day of the week though. Totally awesome!
Wii U is a great console. If Nintendo fixed their ui,I think the system could still sell. The ui currently is clunky and even after several significant improvements is still slow.

The article said that both consoles would do this as it has been done in the past. He also indicated he wasnt referring to hardware because that was all already known.
Let's not read something that isn't there. We all know software wise both will work hard to squeeze the Performance out of the consoles. Nothing special b ring said here it was just a nice way to avoid the actual question.
These games can only be done on the xb1... he isn't wrong... MS would sue the pants off anyone who tried to publish them... Unfortunately there isn't any other limitation outside of legal though... Maybe next we can goto a Sony official and ask them about the differences. I'm sure they will equally give us an honest answer.
Wow... that blog is incredible... note to bloggers... readers never go to a site with an extremely blatant bias and expect to get factual info.
The xb1 has other components that people fail to note such as the video input that increase cost and reduce performance because resources such as ram and processing power have to be alotted to these side items. The bigger performance boost for the ps4 is probably due to the lack of such additional items. Just speculation on my part though.
