Yeah, I think showing CG footage of what you would like the game to look like before you have really developed anything is a bit deceptive. Plain and simple.

This is a crap article. Not because it favors the x1, but because it is an opinion by someone who admittedly skipped the last 2 gens and just recently bought a next gen console. Not that his opinion doesn't matter, but i'm tired of seeing all these opinions of people who know next to nothing about gaming or the gaming industry. We know MS, Sony, and Nintendo are all likely filling pockets to get these statements.

Yeah I have a wii u... love the games hate the system and interface... nintendo's biggest fail with the wii u to me is the horrendous interface.. The wii u manages to be slower loading and exiting games than the wii was with no ability to jump out and back in to a game instantaneously. Something even the ps3 and x360 both did to certain extents.

It is funny that people want to nitpick the minor flaws in a game like infamous SS but are quick to justify any downfall of titanfall. I could be wrong but I think the vgchart numbers might be based on consoles shipped and not consoles sold. After this month there will be alot less shipped from ms as well. They will likely not sell too well in june either but claim they are now sold out due to demand for the kinect less sku that they did not account for. Meanwhole tons of kinect packed x1s will sit on shelves for many months to come from the massive backlog.

Not a very solid argument.. none of the games you listed sold very well... The fact is there aren't any amazing exclusives on either console once you remove the hype...

To be fair aren't we all being armchair analysts? Even the professionals rarely hit their marks... my only real complaint would be to cut out the emotional dialog and stick to factual information to support whatever stance you have...
Completely unrealistic to expect that though. We are human after all. Emotion is a large part of who we are in most cases at least.

Depends on screen size too. There is a more noticeable difference with a 65 inch screen than with a 32... If you game on a small tv, res likely doesn't matter. I like gaming on a big screen though.
