I hear ya. I wish they put dual GPUs in the PS4. Im sure that would have driven the price up, but a guy can dream...
u4one- I somewhat see your point. I dont think its unreasonable to give this game a 7.5. I think that's a slightly - and I mean SLIGHTLY - low score, but not by much. I'd give it an 8.
I agree. I'd give it a B-. Its a solid game that's a grown a lot since launch. It's certainly fun to play.
That being said, it does lack a true single player campaign. It also lacks car variety, car customization, real-time damage, and has mostly bumper-car tracks...These shortfalls by no means ruin the game, but they prevent it, at least in my opinion, from being a truly great racer.
Looks pretty damn intense.
I guess well have agree to disagree. Im not at all interested in the mostly crappy indie games sony offers for "free."
Look at the digital prices for non-indie PS4 games on + - nearly all of them are still 59.99...
im sorry, were your fanboy sensibilities hurt by the truth? Because its the truth, there are few if any noteworthy "deals" on PS+ now. 49.99 for COD:AW? Thats a joke, you can get it for 20 bucks on Amazon. 59.99 for the Evil Within on PS+? Please...
PS+ kinda sucks now. Too bad.
im 32, lol
Hey, if the visuals end up looking as good as the trailer, and the gameplay is similar to BF4, I say win win for the players.
No complaints on my part.
the story writers for this whole franchise should be fired. What a joke.
Me too, I love the Mass Effect series. That being said, Im getting a little bit tired of this cat and mouse advertising campaign.
Please release something concrete already.
I agree. I know its early, but so far the visuals are stunning. They almost look completely photorealistic.
Pretty impressive textures on that character model.
Playstation Plus prices generally suck...which makes no sense cause a lot of the games that are old, and obviously digital, are still $60. You can get better deals on Amazon.
I still play this game all the time. Im at roughly 600 hours played. One thing I have noticed the last 6 months is that those who still play are really, really good - the pool is no longer diluted with new and crappy players.
Driveclub sounds pretty good to me.
I wish Treyarch, as the lead COD developer now, would strip the game to its very foundation and design a whole new engine specifically for current gen consoles.
I mean hell, they've been running different iterations of the very same engine for 10+ years now. Mix it up already. Create an engine with better physics and dynamism, perhaps a little different touch on art work, etc. If ever a franchise needed rejuvenation, its COD.
Agreed. Thats why I stopped playing this game in 2013.
Joy. Its looking like a pass for me. The "future" in COD has been pretty played out.
sadly i couldn't get into this game at all. I could see how it would appeal to some, but im not so sure its "my thing."
