Honestly, Id prefer 60FPS at 900P over 30FPS at 1080P. Of course people would lose their effing minds if this came to fruition, so we'll never see it...Stupid.
The difference between 1080P and 900P is almost non-existent. The difference between 30FPS and 60FPS is stark.
ive been seeing quite a few apologist articles for this game lately. Either the game is much better than almost all reviewers have led us to believe, or there are a lot of fanboys out there with hurt feelings.
One thing I honestly don't understand about this reviewer is his logic that "because the game accomplishes what it set out to do in the first place", well, then it must be given a full score. Using the reviewer's logic, The Show '15 may create a baseball experience that captures the developer's original vision, this doesn't mean the game is a perfect 10/10. Every developer has a vision, that doesn't mean their vision is perfect or will appeal to every gamer...
seems like theres pretty solid consensus that this game is at least not very good. Its averaging both a 6.5 from critics and gamers on metacritic.com. Not sure what this article is talking about.
That said, I'm still gonna get it when the price drops.

Im giving you MY opinion, I think the game looks a little better in the alpha stage. Thats my opinion, thats it. Btw, I'm a PS4 owner, so its not like Im saying this with some sort of agenda.
I think the aplha version looks better to be honest. Perhaps talk of a downgrade wasn't wrong. Everything pops more in the aplha: colors, textures, etc.

It certainly is dissapointing that this game wont run at 1080p, but I'm not surprised. Given the high level of enviornmental dyamism coupled with the large player count, I was expecting this game to run at 900p to be honest.
As with any good shooter now a days, 60FPS is pretty much mandatory. Knowing that, I'm sure Visceral never really expected this game to play at 1080p on PS4, let alont XB1. Unless of course they play the campaign at 1080p/30 and multiplayer a...
