They may just announce the game and release the trailer its obvious WB Montreal Suicide squad game got canned and they went back to the safe bet off another Batman game. I personally don't mind as the The Court of Owls comics were brilliant story wise and facing off against the Talons should be class.
Ah definitely should, do the same formula remake that they are doing with Resi 2. Dino Crisis 1&2 were fantastic third person games. With the popularity of dinosaurs again thanks to Jurassic Park plus the potential to put some multiplayer component in it facing off against raptors to keep the suits happy this is a no brainer.

Possibly Splinter Cell as there is no Assassins Creed next year. I am personally hoping to see more of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order or WB Montreal rumored Batman game as its been 5 years since Arkham origins and nothing from that studio.

Star Wars Kinect Demo, Kinect mandatory for 360, DRM, The power of the cloud etc..
After all of Microsoft's promises at the start of this gen with the "Power of the Cloud" etc and they have been reduced to this, game didn't look great to begin with anyway as it got over hyped due to a lack of quality exclusives on the console.
Just can't get hyped for this game at all, impressive E3 demo in 2017 but EA has further screwed gamers if that was even possible and people just know they will do the same with this. Best thing long term is that Anthem and Battlefield both bomb sales wise forcing major changes at EA and hopefully lose the Star Wars license and Disney give it to a company who actually care.
They have been quiet since Origins and that was 5 years ago, likelihood is that their working on a Batman game set between Origins and Asylum released possibly winter 2019 and the other project a next gen game. Hoping we get an announcement and trailer at the game awards or early 2019.
Wonder what WB Montreal are doing if the above rumour is true? Ideally you want Montreal to develop a Batman Court of Owls game and Rocksteady a Justice League/Superman.
Eagerly awaiting to see footage of the tyrant hopefully soon, my only complaint with this game is that its not releasing before Christmas as I always have free time to play games that time of the year.
This is difficult as they both have brilliant stories and set piece battles, I am just slightly favouring GOW as I grew up with the franchise while this is the first good Spider-man game. Either way the real winner is PS4 gamers as we have 2 great exclusives to play and we know Sony will deliver more.
Strange as i would assume WB Montreal was developing another Batman Arkham game set between origins and Arkham Asylum and that Rocksteady was developing a Superman/Justice League game.
Still though after Spider-man I am mad for another superhero game and Batman facing the Court of Owls sounds cool.
Not fair to compare as the Witcher 3 is one the best games released this gen, however Ubisoft clearly have enough talent to make a fantasy or sci-fi open world rpg without having to fall back on the AC name.
I honestly think the continual use of dragging out this franchise is holding back the developers and gamers of something new. Surely they could set up another team to do that and continue to give us AC hopefully feudal Japan next
Ubisoft would be better of making a fantasy rpg as they have the talent to make beautiful open worlds and a solid game engine. Have a separate franchise to the AC series as they really should move on from it. You could say its holding them back as I think they could make a great game to compete with the Witcher, Dragon Age series.
AC is now an established consistent franchise and Origins brought a lot of fans back so sales wise it will do as expected and presumably Ubisoft are relying on Watch Dogs 3 or Splinter Cell (rumoured) next year for winter sales.
The release date is its biggest problem. Releasing around Spider man, FIFA and AC Odyssey was utter stupidity. They had no competition in July August so I don't understand how they didn't push to release then.
Broadband limitations depending on your location and download limits would be big factor.

Arkham City probably just shades it but Spiderman far superior to Arkham Knight, boss battles alone were far better especially Scorpion/Rhino and Taskmaster as opposed to fighting Deathstroke in a tank like WTF!
