In all likely hood yes, there will also be PS5 exclusive games at launch which I'm curious to see what Sony has planned.
Cyberpunk, next years Assassins creed and maybe WB Montreals Batman (yet to be announced) game will probably be cross gen as well.
Trailer just looked too good to be true especially as it was a last gen game likely vaporware now.
Sony is sitting on a lot of top class ip's like Socom, Jak & Daxter, Syphon Filter, Resistance, The Getaway, Warhawk/Starhawk etc, Hoping in the PS5 era to not they hire more teams or studios to develop these or even spiritual successors as on next gen hardware could really deliver especially a game like Warhawk.
You just know that the drones in GR Breakpoint will be the exact same as the ones in Watch Dogs 3.
Looking forward to seeing more of Death Stranding and Nioh. Capcom could possibly steal the show with Project Resistance (rumored to be RE Outbreak) especially if they have a single player offline with AI teammates or split screen.
That's good we might get a more clear idea on what this game is about, Kojima is brilliant developer but my only slight fear for this game is how much of the budget was spent on the actors as its quite the stellar cast. If it doesn't meet the hype in terms of gameplay, design and length these questions will be asked.

Ah here that's ridiculous, it's a samurai game TGS is the stage to show it, they might as well not show anything at all as we've already seen the trailer, hoping at next stage of play they show something at least.
Line up looks good looking forward to seeing more of Ghosts of Tsushima, Death Stranding and Nioh 2. Capcom also showing Project Resistance likely RE: Outbreak and hoping they show more gameplay of SW Fallen Order.
Thats what has me worried that they gimped out on the campaign and some fanboys on this site I will never understand you swear they owned shares in Microsoft or Sony.
I know some games show too much and the story is ruined by too may trailers but not showing enough is worse as it could be critically acclaimed but nobody buys it and appreciates it, like its coming out very soon the hype should be kicking in but its not.
As sure as your born they will release this game on PS5 and Xbox Scarlett and we will see the games true potential.
Honestly Gears looks to be good value with the multiplayer modes available but what I don't understand is how they haven't shown off more of the campaign, they could have closed E3 with a gameplay demonstration fighting a Brumak/Berserker, that would be the real seller of the game just a snippet of a big setpiece battles that were likely going to see on release.
Yes but still looks great for what is an open world rpg on current gen systems which I think were still lucky to be getting in under 8 months time as last year at E3 I was convinced it was next gen only. Its likely that it will release on next gen systems o we will get the full potential product eventually.
I'd be confident that it will have offline solo campaign with AI as Resident Evil is predominately single player/campaign orientated and with the sales of RE 2 it would be a massive error on Capcoms part if they didn't.
But the quality of the games though are lacking, then you have Corporate EA forcing/designing games based on loot boxes and microtransactions.
The fact that EA refused Bioware's request to make a KOTOR 3 says it all. A developer who specializes in RPG's is refused by EA to develop a game fans have been longing for.
Bioware are screwed, the producer of Dragon Age 4 has left so I have already resigned myself to the fact that DA4 if it gets released at all will underwhelm.
The limited gameplay we have seen so far looks really solid, what will make this game one of the best this gen is if they nail down the story, characters, side quests, boss battles and the open world they create makes you want to forget the script and go random exploring giving you hours of quality gameplay.
MGS 3: Snake eater, Mass Effect trilogy and Supreme Commander (Loved the unit size and scale)
Court of Owls is deadly enemy for a Batman game, assume next year release cross gen. Cant wait to fight the Talons.
