Someone is wanting to be noticed today.
Nah because the devs said we would hear more this Spring and technically it isn’t Spring yet so we may not hear anything. But if it’s revealed before Summer it could definitely release this year.
PC gaming and their consumers are different than console gamers. I mean who goes out and buys PC games?
Exactly. There’s just too many out there who still want to own an actual hard copy of the game. Buying a game digitally is just not the same as going out and buying a game physically.
I actually like to own a game that I really want. Not have it tied up in a digital infrastructure.
I really hope these are somewhat easily obtainable through gameplay. I just paid $90 for the anniversary edition. I don’t plan on putting any more money into the game unless it’s some sort of additional DLC
I constantly go back to RE2 remake. It’s in my top three favorite games. This will ensure I keep doing that for a very long time.
They are arguably Sony’s most important first party developer. Them and Naughty Dog are the two juggernauts.
That was a completely different time in gaming. The technology was a huge leap forward right from the start of the PS1 generation. Same thing with the PS1 to PS2 leap. The days of seeing those huge generational leaps are over. Now, it’s more about AI, framerate, and the number of things going on onscreen.
I expect most games to be 4K 60fps towards the end of the generation. Those games will be the real treat.
That’s what I say as well. The game is a cross gen sequel. Nobody should have expected it to be. However, I do expect Elden Ring to be something groundbreaking and it is cross gen. Just because it’s an open world From Software game which hasn’t been done before.
I have a feeling the groundbreaking game will be released next week. Elden Ring will be the first game of its kind in an open world setting. It will likely go down as game of the year as well. Just a feeling.
It’s likely something related to the RE Village dlc that was announced late last year.
Clickbait.
Something tells me this game will be quite revolutionary.
I don’t have a problem with microtransactions unless they are intrusive or the game has a get good or buy microtransactions philosophy. If it’s like DMC 5 where they weren’t forced and felt like a completely optional thing within the game then it’s fine by me.
These acquisitions are nothing but a dirty attempt by Microsoft at overtaking Sony. They really are quite desperate. Paying billions when they are down to hoard franchises and publishers. Of course we are going to see more acquisition because Microsoft will not stop and Sony has to fight back somehow.
Aiming to make it the most played but only releasing it on Xbox and PC? How does that even make sense? It won’t be more played than Skyrim for sure.
People will buy anything new that has the GTA name stamped on it. It doesn’t surprise me.
Sony or Microsoft needs to take them over and make them concentrate on one game at a time instead of three.
Everything looks awesome except the AI
