I think if you add up th 360 and the ps since the start of each ones generation you will see the 360 and ps3 are fairly close. I believe the 360 has beat the ps3 by quite a few if you count kinect games. That's like saying they should make a metal gear 4 version for 360 even though many years have passed. If sonys console was not so hard to program and late to the party then they might have gotten some of the 360s exclusives and the ones they did get were piss poor ports upto a year or two later than the 360. From the looks of the console this is at least 5 to 6 yr old tech so pricing this machine over 300 is mass suicide. If it was not for the controller its not worth anymore then 200. So I add 100 for the controller tops and I feel I am bein generous as they really have a small window that they can get away pricing it above a 360 or ps3 as the novelty of the controller will fade fast if it does not add much to the games.

The million dollar question is your service something worth in value that will make people want to pay for it? It would say no one in there right mind would pay for psn or a start up wi u service. When you can offer gamers everthing at there fingertips in a fast and efficient manner then gamers will pay for it. I will happily pay the price of one game a year to have access to a great online network that offers something for everyone.

Move was a huge failure for sony considering the dev time and the amount sold to actual people. Sony is sinking fast and I don't see a rope in site unless you count the one they keep tying around there own neck. Sony is there own worst enemy.
Ms should pick them up as I think there games would fit well in there family of studios. Ms has 20 studios now but only few of them cater to the core and I think they should get rid of a few studios and bring in free radical for the next xbox. Its nt like they can't afford it. Help the community ms and gain a established dev team on the xbox.
Uncharted looks like a cartoon next to the real life gritty look of gears. I'm sorry to say as I like uncharted but its not that hard to make impressive graphics when you are not going for photo realism or real life look. Uncharted would be at home with the best of the Saturday morning cartoons.

A lot of people refuse to play multiplats on the ps3 because of this as its a pain in the ass and time consuming and its not required at all on the 360 and the 360 usually holds its own on multiplats. Then you are likely to run into firmware updates if you don't play it a lot like me so me experience with my ps3 is its very dated and slow and sony really needs to get together as this is a real pain for a lot of people that don't worship the ps3 or sony.
Last I knew the ps3 could not even handle skyrim. Slow ass bluray reader and bottleneck ram make installs and downloads mandatory for almost everygame unless they want to repeat the code over and over on the disc so ps3 people can say ta bluray games are so big and are needed. Gotta love fanboys for $ony.
