Just wanted to add to your history lesson since you mentioned Kinect. Don't forget the Move from Sony the controller that is mimicked from the wi. Its an control scheme addon no diffrent then Kinect. Now my personal opinion is motion gaming in its present form hampers gaming more then helps. In the future that may change but until it does I want my controller and that is all.
Isn't Sony the only one of the big 3 that's even going to gamescom? I wonder why that is? Nintendo has a brand new machine and they are skipping it. Ms I understand but not Nintendo. The shooting mechaics in uncharted 3 were really bad. Very very poor aiming and clunky slow controls and a little to much empasized on such a poor developed mechanic. I sure hope they learned their lesson or the last of us will be just a pretty game with horrible gameplay. Btw. It sure seems like all sony releases anymore are thirdperson games?

Dont bet for 1 moment that sony is not looking at why ms is profitable and they are not. One thing out of many ms did right this gen is cater to everyone and in the end of a consoles lifecycle you will see more of a push. The reason it works for m is the hard drive is not required to play games. You can take any game insert the disc and play it. That is next to impossible with ps3 as it has partial game installs that eat up space for every game you own. Then the monthly firmware updates. This is a stupid idea and I wil make sure I warn customers at my game shop ifthey do this that they will need a larger storage medium for the ps3 to work properly and whole lot of time to install all those updates. Do people forget the reason ms puts its games on pc? Pc is basicaly a ms platform with windows and directx. If a law was made a game could not be shown until 40 percent complete then sony would have nothing to show for several years at a time. They might have to start annoucing titles like ms does when they are for sureley being made and in most of the time coming out within a year.

That would not work. One thing I have found by reading n4g is that Sony fans feel they are entitled to everything. Even if they get it for free they still want more.
I agree piratethom. I think Fish knowing what the costs were ahead of time should have tested this patch and tested this patch in the time he had to make sure all issues were fixed. How he can try and turn this on MS makes me not want to purchase any future games as they(Fish) can't afford to make them whole.

I have played zero broken games on 360 so these must be all games I did not pick up for ps3. If you know of broken games for 360 please list them as I think this is no doubt ps3 as its a beech to code on for most devs.
