I didn't expect a announcement but I was happy with what I saw at ms confernece and sonys and halo4 is allready preordered and I can't wait. I thinks ms offered more for everyone but if you are a complete hardcore you would be mad at both and sony maybe had a few more to show but not much as ms brought all there bg hitters plus a few new ips, some great dashboard improvements and a slick new device interface with smartglass. Overall I enjoyed Micros better then sonys but they both were a let down.
Ms showed more games whether you like there exclusives or not and spent very little time on kinect. They are constantly updating there dashboard and bringing more to there offerings. Just because sony don't care about there dashboard does not mean its a bad think to bring more for everyone. The smartglass could be great if used corectly. Ms even announced three new ips and you guys still want to bash them. If hating is the focus of gamers then we are a sad group of people.

If its a full retail game and the fact ms has not aquired this studio for long and its a rpg it will take some time before it releases. I'm very interested as ms don't let crap go on there system from there first party. They also announced two other brand new ips. One if for kinect bu other than maybe 10 minutes out of the 90 they didn't mention kinect much. I think they spent the most time on game videos and playing and then on xbox smart glass.

Just wondered what exclusives sony has for the ps3 this fall? Last of us is 2013 according to gamestop and I don't know on the smashbrothers clone? So far xbox has had Allen wake, witcher 2, and will have Halo 4 this year. I'm not sure on foza horizon or the 3 new ips ms announced
Let me state facts.....microsoft intoduced 3 new ips and one is a rpg. I thought the usher and the niike stuff was boring but they hardly focused on kinect at all and had no real bad actors and if you don't like halo, forza, fable or gears then maybe you should game on a diffrent system and stop bashing the people tht do enjoy these titles. Ms did fine imo.
They showed three new ips and the one I thought looked good was acension of the gods and the twisted pixle games has me intriqued. I thought they did a great job this year and most of the major sites seem to think so. You got to understand that microsoft is not trying to cater to the sony defense force on n4g. They brought something for everyone and this smartglass will give nintendo wiu competition.
Sorry this is @shinmaster.....if you want too see bias and double standards, try sticking up for MS on n4g like I do. On topic it sure does look a lot like the 360 remote but the innards and how it performs is where it matters and MS has done well with the 360 game pad.
One look at the picture and I had to look twice. I was like why is the 360 pad in a wiu article? This could very well be a patent infringement. I do think I read that motorolas issue with ms has todo with the controller too. Who knows but all this stealing and stepping on each other is getting rediculous.

I know ms is streaming right to the dashboard live as well. So many places to get ms press conference an so few main stream ways to get the ps3. One might draw the conclusion that no one cares about the ps3 except for the online n4g community. For those that's praising sonys reiability I will say they sucked wit the ps2 and they fixed it. Ms sucked with the 360 and they fixed it with the 360s models. Most sites now show MS 360 to be more reliable then sonys 10 to 15 percent p3 repair rate...
The ps3 still has a install and so does the 360 if you install it to the harddrive. The 360 though is the only version that runs right from the disc with No install required and it plays great. If you want to cut load times on the 360 just install it. It takes arounds 15 minutes to install the entire game and multiplayer discs to the drive. I played the game on the 360 and intalled it and it played great as in not one issue. No freezes no glitches that I noticed. I can't speak for the qu...
You know so much about lococycle how? All I know its by a great dev team in twistedPixel and should rock when its done. It will prolly be a game similar to twisted metal but on cycles. Could be fun.
