I agree completely about the story and I honestly wish people disagreeing would comment how the story's not plot hole ridden or not worse than Uncharted 2.
The games levels and gameplay are great(better than 2 imo) but it's 100% apparent that the levels were created before the story and not just because Naughty Dog said so. The pirate section says hi...
Why is Cod4 on your list? I know everyone hates Cod on this site but the 4th one actually changed up the series from over-saturated WWII. Sure it may have made perks and classes in multiplayer extremely popular and it began the over-saturation of modern day shooters(and pretty much fps' in general)but it's still a great game imo.
Also, you seriously think Cod3 is better?
(If you said any Cod after 4 I'd agree with you though)
It's not down for me or for 5 people online on my friends list. It does suck for the people who don't have access though.
Actually there's a work around that lets you use the browser during the game. You just need to click a link on the twitter or facebook apps and it'll launch the browser.
When was the last time you made a positive comment? In most articles I look at you always have one of the first comments and it's always complaining with an over-exaggeration of how bad something is...
This spoiler would suck to hear but it isn't that big of one. I'm more curious if all the people who haven't played it heard the names to each ending because those actually ruin the end more.
Also if you even want to achieve the spoiler you have to beat the game with very high requirements. They involve playing online but since you are all too busy I doubt you'd play online anyway and so you wouldn't even get this part of the ending.
So does that mean I'm a xbox fanboy? I obviously am when I bought a Vita(and ps3) at launch. Right?
The way I see this article is that the complaints are so small that it could be seen as pro Sony. Especially since these are the 'most powerful problems.'
I guess if Activision owns you you're either shutting down or making Call of Duty...
Maybe I just have patience or maybe a couple hour episodic game isn't my gaming priority every month. I've been okay with waiting and can wait two or three months per episode without flipping out. It's not like they're not going to release the episodes or something. People will get them when they're ready.
All I hoped for was for the plot holes to be explained and for there to actually be closure. It looks like that's what this extended ending is so I'm still hopeful that it will make the ending more conclusive.
I'd like a new War of the Monsters, especially since Incognito is still around to make it too.
I really thought this might of been one of the games that showed the Kinect's potential to the core, including myself. I guess it's not...
If you don't play coop there is no AI partner to atract attention...
I'm surprised this list didn't have a car from Gran Turismo that turns out to be a transformer.
What was the point of your comment? All he said is Rockstar exaggerated the length of their game, like most companies. Then you go off on some rant that has nothing to do with anything.
On topic:
I'm guessing each of the 3 campaigns will be about 4 hours or less.
People who say it's a Gears clone only heard what's in it or only watched the gameplay from EAs conference. You can't use cover unless there's human enemies shooting at you. It kicks in by itself. There's no cover button. You can play the game without coop and you won't even feel a hint of coop present since the game has different cutscenes/dialog for both single player and coop.
The people who are marketing this game should be fired since there's ...
He actually does exist but only in story segments where he has to. The same way characters were in past Dead Space games. The gametrailers gameplay shows this.
So Sony's competitors for the Vita are now tablets and smartphones? If I remember correctly the majority of people on this site say the exact opposite.
Sony's competitor is the 3DS and they allow cheap sd and sdhc cards of many brands, not just their own.
The cover system automatically kicks in when fighting humans. You can't just use it against necromorphs.
Also, the one thing I noticed from watching the coop section of the demo is that machine guns take a lot of ammo to kill which make them not that good to use. Just like previous Dead Space games with the pulse rifle. If they have a bunch of different guns and do overemphasis them then that will suck though.
So you're whole reasoning for Talbot getting shot but not getting shot is that he's mysterious? Yeah I guess I'm just dumb and can't comprehend that.
Also, the whole greatest from small beginnings is part of the plot but what about Drake being obsessed to the point of getting in pointless danger. That becomes completely ignored by SPOILER Sully falsely dying and Charlie being completely fine except a broken leg. If either actually died then the countless warni...
