So far in this generation it has been Metal Gear Solid 4 and now SMG 2 that have gotten 10s. Will Zelda Wii be next?
The way I see is: Stay exclusive means more quality but possibly less sells. Mulitplat means less quality but possibly more sells.
This was before and after FFXIII going multiplat.

Not to mention, Nomura said himself, "There are huge advantages to focusing on only...
1. GT5, FFXIV and SOCOM 4 (along with the other games out and coming soon)
2. Reliability
3. Free online
4. Blu-ray and features
5. Very much worth the price.
@ Milamber
So far it's only confirmed for PS3 and PC, maybe 360 will get it down the road...?
@ Kill-All-Cure
I would love to get it on PC but I don't the money to really upgrade to one yet, so I'm going to be going with the PS3 version of it. Comparing those shots, the improvements are looking a lot better than I thought which is good. Only problem I have is the framerate lag. I had FFXI on the console back than when I was playing and when you ...
Agreed. As much as people say about MS, if it wasn't for the way Xbox Live was and just MS being in the game industry, Sony wouldn't of bothered with improving PSN or the other things that are on PS3.
lmao! That one got me.
lol! I was waiting for someone to say that.
Me too man, been playing since the first SOCOM. Hopefully Zipper can bring back the SOCOM experience that many of us had back then with SOCOM II. I'll be looking forward to seeing more on SOCOM IV come E3.
I usually do normal for games I'm not used to yet, then I turn it on hard. But for games like CoD, GoW and others that use the same gameplay layout, I would always start on a harder setting.
I'm sick of seeing, "GT5 finally does this, GT5 is this, GT5 is that". I just want to see, "GT5 is released". I already have this game fully reserved and it's just a matter of time before I spend many hours playing it. I understand good things come to those who wait... but must the wait be so long?
Overall though, I can't say I'm not impressed with how the game is turning out.
If you don't mind knowing that your console has a good chance of failing, and that it's not a matter of "if" your console will die but "WHEN" your console will die, than it's not a bad buy. Personally, after going through seven 360s, (which were all free repairs, until the 7th broke and MS wanted me to pay for the 8th), I will not be getting another.
Personally, I really wouldn't care for Valve's games to come to PS3. There are so many other games and new IPs being made for the PS3 that it just overshadows it for me. Not to mention, Valve kinda made themselves look stupid back then calling the PS3 "a total disaster". Well look where that "total disaster" is now Valve...
I agree, I was pretty amazed at just the animation when they stop after running and even just moving as well. Not to mention to attention to detail in the game, (example: When it shows one of them cooking, he rubs his eye after cutting an onion. Small stuff like that is nice to see). I am huge fan of FFXI and played it for about 3 years, so it would be natural for me to be looking forward to XIV.
But I'll have to say what has me so surprised is the fact that all of thi...
Virtual On.... well all the Virtual games were good back then on Sega Saturn, (Virtual fighter, Virtual On, Virtual Cop). I hope the next gen Virtual On will come to PS3 as well though.
I got mine mainly for games, (GT5, FFXIV, SOCOM 4 and of course the rest of the great titles for PS3 that are out now and coming out soon).
@blue7xx7
People aren't getting mad at the fact that it's another PS3 exclusive that might go multiplat to 360, people are getting mad for the fear of lost quality and content that might happen if it goes multiplat to 360, which Reibooi specified above.
EDIT:
This link shows the comparison from the FFXIII PS3 demo, that came with the Blu-ray Advent children movie, to the final build of the game.

@crapgamer
FFXIII sold better on the PS3 version:
NA/EU:
PS3 - 2 million
360 - 1.3 million
Japan
PS3 - 2 million
But I agree with you though, I also think third party devs should go multiplat as well, but it is also their choice if they want to make one of their titles exclusive or not.
@cgoodno
I still wonder though how many more would of sold on PS3 if FFXIII was still exclusive. When FFXIII was advertised it only showed MS's 360 logo on it, so the people out there who don't know what system it will come on would go for 360, as well with them making a 360 bundle for FFXIII. But even with the exclusive advertisement, the PS3 version still sold more, even when SE decided to tell the world at the last two hours before release that FFXIV beta code wo...
lol, if FFXIII Versus is announced to come on the 360, WW3 will break out.
But really I don't mind as long as they don't cut content or leave out extras that were original planned to make both versions "equal".
No! Save it for E3 Sony!!!
Still great news though.
