Honesty, it's insane what they are doing with LPB2. "Platform for games", fits it so dam well. I was very much impressed with the footage at E3. Looks like another game to pre-order.

Cross game chat and it's still free??? Sounds to good to be true..... but doesn't mean it can't be... right?
What confuses me is how they were saying that PSN+ members can cross game chat with people who don't have PSN+, and the fact that it was announced in the firmware update (though taken down) and not as a feature in PSN+. So does this mean cross game chat will be for everyone for free?
I wish Sony would just confirm the cross game chat thing already and put more details on if it will be just one on one or group chat over games.

Sony did good but IMO, they showed too much of the multiplat stuff during the game parts. Instead of showing Dead Space 2 and MoH (again) it should of been SOCOM4, Last Guardian and some of the other exclusives.
All I'll say is after what MS showed with their stuff, Sony needs to just show what's good come tomorrow. IMO, so far EA has the best conference, but I know that will change. Sony just needs to do what they do best, the games. Show us the new plans for PSN+, what PS Move has to offer and any other news, but please... DO NOT spend 90% of time on the motion control/new online features like MS did. All of that, along with a smooth presentation, and Sony will have E3 on lock.

My friend had to send his third Elite in last week, (which he got 2 months ago from the repair center). And mine died (again) 6 months ago, so it's still an issue.
Maybe the new design fixed or at least lowered the chances of the problem?

Yeah, I was the same way. Looked at all my 360 games and realized they were all multiplats and the system was already dieing (again) with a messed up laser for the disc. Did some looking into PS3 and saw the line up coming soon and got me a Slim the next day. And the way games are looking for it coming soon, best choice I made.
I was into Halo 2 but after that it just died in me. Gears 1 was good but didn't care for the rest and everything else I eith...
I wouldn't mind seeing a next-gen Nights, JSRF and/or Phantasy Star Online.
lol, after watching MS's conference, I'll have to say it's on Sony and Nintendo now to see which one comes with the best presentation. I think the only thing I found interesting at MS's conference was MGS Rising (which is multiplat) and the new design looked nice.
But overall, I personally wasn't impressed at all. Natal, or w/e you wanna call it, now didn't impress me and I expected more from them then just what was shown. I also didn't like how...

Looks a lot smoother then the pre-alpha footage show at the CES show. It still doesn't have the SOCOM feel to it, but I'll still wait a bit to really say... Other than that, it looks really good. Can't wait to see more.
On another note, the precision with Move looks really good, as you can see when he picks up the sniper rifle and snipes the guy on the bridge around the 3 min mark of the video.
The MS conference will be interesting to see. I'm more interest in MS and Nintendo's things, since I don't really know what might go down with them. I know Sony will show amazing things with games and news, so I don't need to worry with them.

I don't know what Zipper is doing tbh, but that trailer didn't wow me in any way. What the hell happen with the SOCOM us originals came to love so much? I understand they want to appeal to other people, but does that mean to kill your current fanbase in the process??? If SOCOM 4 was just SOCOM 2 with better graphics, I would of been sold.

I really wish they will make a sequel to this game. It was easily the best sleeper hit of 2009. Sony really did mess up not giving the game the attention it deserved.
And another thing, DLC wouldn't hurt...
