Well since I don't work for the PR at MS I can't say for sure but, what they are doing is very reasonable for a business sense. First here is what Sony did, "buy our system now and get X games next year." Of course thats not to say that the PS3 doesn't have it's share of great games, just that Sony's marketing strat. is to focus more on whats ahead rather that whats her.
MS on the other hand focused on what they have out now(Halo 3,ME 2, Bio exc.) Now comes this year...
I know, I'm really missing the survival horror genera this generation. So Alan Wake and Dead Space are two games for which the waiting is intolerable. :)

Aside from the fact that licensing the tech. to them would earn Sony money I'm pretty sure it is illegal for them to deny such request.

ok really who watches that much TV? Whats the average number in the US 4 maybe 5 hours a day? So really the set would last you somewhere around 15 years which is plenty long enough for me. :)

Well Mr Tom is indeed right. The 8800GT is the best bang for the buck. That said I ended up buying the GTS since it came with Crysis which I was going to buy anyways. So including Crysis the GTS cost only 8$ more than the GT.

Enh I'm all for integrating different functionalities into one set piece but really, a phone the size of the PSP. Yes it can play great games, but I don't want to carry around or hold up to my face something that large for the sake of making phone calls.
