Am I right in thinking that you believe that Microsoft just goes out and pays all of these random companies to say they have a better product in the off chance they will get polled? A poll that less than 500k people will probably read?

Tis of no concern. As long as they keep making games, I'll keep buying them. Who cares if the logo I see when the game starts is Sony/Micro/Nintendo. It's all the same to me.
Wonder what the total for BOTH formates are without the free handouts. I guess it doesn't really matter, but I'm just curious how many actually HD movies were bought as opposed to given away.

I always found it funny that anyone who thinks a game is not the second coming(which when did an 8 become bad?) is just some 360 fanboy. I wonder if anyone actually read the article because he praised the game quite often. Hell most of the article is nothing but praise. And truth be told he gave one very good review. Pointed out all of the good qualities, and there was many, and the few bad ones he found. It wasn't like he just went in and said "this game blows blah blah blah." No h...
Actually if something like this did happen it would probably be on the next formate to come around. Probably the holodisc or something close to it.
Neither BR nor HD can hold a candle to some of the formates that are currently in the works, but thats how it should be.
That they ordered more for the 360 perhaps? I know you would like to think that one system is superior to the other look for any kind of silly reason, but a game being out of stock(especially at EB games) proves absolutely nothing. Just like a game being in stock proves nothing either. In any event if you want to be so nit picky about it look at the NPD numbers...

In any event I was reluctant to buy this game when it first came out, but when school ended a few days ago I decided to give the game a try. To my surprise, it was actually pretty damm good. People keep ragging on the graphics and to some extend its true.
Does it look like Gears of War? Well honestly no, but the amount of detail(unit types,guns,vehicles) is amazing. And the lighting, ohh my god the lighting is fant...
Every store has piles of Heavily Sword, CoD4(both systems), AC(again both systems) so I fail to see your fanboy point. So do you just base all products quality on how many their are in stock enh?

If your talking in terms of money, then yes it was. But if your talking how good the actually movie was, then I'm sorry but no. The 2nd and 3rd films where both just horrible. Actually pretty much every 3rd this year(Spidey,Shrek,Pirates and also Fantastic 4) where just awful.
Umm I wont argue that the 360 has its bad apples but so does the PS3. Actually I would say that both are pretty equal in numbers and intelligence(or lack there of).

But in any event I love how this stupid thing keeps driving players closer and closer to (what I consider) a low enough amount.

Whats with all of the "it will never be used" and such phrases? The restaurant idea is a great application, actually I could see many many uses for it in the retail world.
And even at home their are some decent applications for it. No it will not replace your desktop, but what about a miniature one in your kitchen that holds all your recipes? Or one that could serves as a bulletin board in the hallway by the door.
Point is there are tons of uses for it ...
There nothing stopping anyone from just mounting it onto a wall.
