FFVI is a masterpiece plain and simple. Like music and movies, great games are timeless and FFVI is one of those games. Storyline, gameplay, character development, and musical score are what make the game stand the test of time. The fact that it had great graphics for its generation was just the icing on the cake.
Most ppl who think lowly of FFVI only really started gaming in the PS1/N64/Saturn era and think that FFVII is the greatest FF of all time.
Some ppl actually use consoles to play games, not movies.

Producing 1.8 million Wiis a month is quite an amazing feat, shortage or not. But Nintendo managed to sell 650,000 Wiis in the two weeks prior to this one, which is more than the entire month of October. If that trend continues, then I suppose we can conclude that Nintendo has indeed been stockpiling Wiis for the holiday season.
Ya the FF3 CG was pretty nice I agree. It looks like SquEnix really stepped it up this time tho, especially considering that this game is supposed to have voice acting. Awesome.

He almost makes it seem like it's Nintendo's fault that 3rd-parties can't make and sell high-quality Wii games. Nintendo has given 3rd-parties the installbase they need to sell software, so now it's up to those 3rd-parties to create appealing games for consumers just as Nintendo's software development side has done.
Nintendo makes some great titles and 3rd-parties need to step up their game to compete because Nintendo is not going to lower its standards for them.

I have played and am still currently playing it. I think anyone who plays games should play it because it is extremely fun and enjoyable. I wouldn't give the game a perfect 10 because of minor and rare camera issues, but a 9.8 or 9.9 would be my score if I were to review it. You really owe it to yourself to play it.
