That's a great idea actually. A Rabbid would've been the perfect fit for this game. I myself was wanting Mega Man to join the fray but at least my hope that Sonic would make it came true.
The reason that the number of units Wii Sports has sold is less than the number of Wiis sold (which is reported to be over 20 million) worldwide is because Wii Sports is not bundled w/ the Wii in Japan.
As far as I know, Nintendo has been pretty quick to address buggy Wii games. The JPN version of Endless Ocean (aka Forever Blue) and the EU version of Super Paper Mario both come to mind.
Agreed, I am so getting this not only for nostalgia purposes, but because the original was insanely fun.
So you played it?
Wii Sports is not bundled w/ the Wii in Japan.
Did anyone else find that funny given this type of game? Almost sounds as if Kombo's looking for faults.
Wow, the DS is up by 36% while all other consoles fall? Did everyone buy a DS for Advance Wars: DoR or something?
BTW don't sleep on Advance Wars: DoR. Do yourself a favor and play it.
20 mil ppl obviously don't care that the Wii's graphics aren't on the same level as the PS3 and 360, especially given its price. Nintendo has been able to provide just as much fun in a console that costs less and whose games cost less.
Worldwide consumers have spoken.
I feel you man. I got conned into going to the mall last weekend w/ my girl so she could look for ideas for her bridesmaid dress that she'll be getting made for her cousin's wedding. Even a black and white game manual would've been a godsend.
Nintendo makes great games and markets them correctly, and then everyone says only 1st-party games sell well on Nintendo consoles as if it has more to do w/ brand-name recognition than quality.
Nintendo software would still sell extremely well on other consoles if Nintendo's software division did 3rd-party development, and that's because of quality. Even youngsters these days obsessed w/ having mature themes in their games can admit that titles like Smash Bros and Mario Kart a...
I actually would take the time to read everything; that type of stuff interests me.
Arika should make a freshwater spinoff, though the name would have to be changed since the term "endless" doesn't really apply to lakes and rivers lol.
I got Advance Wars yesterday also =) Endless Ocean seems like it'd be a comforting departure from the gritty AW (I only had time to play through the 1st mission tho), and for only $30?! I'm afraid that if I get this game, it'll move me away from my interest in freshwater aquaria and into the more expensive and high-maintenance world of saltwater aquaria lol.
Report->Offensive.
Being a racist fanboy is a pretty sad existence.
I might have to check this out; it did really well in Japan. But first, Advance Wars: DoR.
I'm actually pretty excited about this game too, after seeing a video tutorial of the controls somewhere. The possibilities for setting up plays seem endless.
Adults are allowed to have fun too.
Except your laptop =)
1st major DS demo download via the Wii and it's for a 3rd-party title? Well-done.
