Nope. It's a PS4 with double the GPU/CPU power. This is according to the trusted sources. As for the 4K part, it's just up-scaling/up-rendering. It's also going to be supposedly $500 so I don't think people will get buyers remorse if they bought that $299 PS4 last holiday.
