Does mean there will be a scene in her next movie that has her being gang banged by dudes wearing nothing but Helghast masks?
After only a couple of hours of playing the demo, the first thought that popped into my head was, "these reviewers are full of shit... again" How can you heap praise on a game with such a horrible story, lame ass characters, short campaign and no multiplayer like Vanquish, yet bash a polished to hell and back full package like KZ3 because of it's story only?
Let's see, the visuals are about as good as you can ask for on a console, the effects are killer, the...
I would not have cared if it was called Dark Turds, I just cannot wait to play it. Seriously, Dark Souls is great. Simple, yet effective.
Warrior first, then Rogue, then Mage for me. Cannot wait.
This game has been getting a ton of hate, but I think it is going to be better than the first one in many ways. The visuals are improved, the combat looks more impactful and the story is of course there.
The pause n' play aspect is still there for those who want it (on PC), but it is more actiony and fast paced for those who prefer real time combat with great looking moves. The bottom line is tha...
Here is a thought. Let's wait and see, shall we? I am sure that they are not going to just water the whole experience down. They have said that it will still be plenty difficult and have even said at one point that it will be even harder in some aspects.
Still, we will not know either way until we can play it. I am betting that it will be every bit as good as Demon's Souls, if not better in many ways. Such as having a more open environment to explore, which will lead...
The multiplayer for this game is fucking awesome... bottom line. It is just fast enough without sacrificing the wieldy, powerful feel of shooting, it runs great, sounds incredible, looks fantastic and the hit detection is spot on. Love it or hate it, there is no denying that it is an extremely well put together game and there is no other shooter quite like it in terms of feel. The visceral impact and punch of shooting is truly gratifying.
"Hm, looks like shit, smells like shit... must be shit! Hell, let's put a label on that shit and sell it boys. The poor saps who only know a name will never know the difference and will still buy it and play it, even though all they do is complain about it being shit. Yes indeed, I think we have a fail proof strategy here, sirs."
- The power of a brand name and multi-million dollar marketing.
Neither do reviews.
I'm sorry. I forgot that Halo invented the FPS, lol. Seriously, Reach was indeed a killer game. The save the world from aliens story is about as cookie cutter and generic as it gets, though. Yet, it is still recognized as a great game. Get my drift?
This game has been subjected to a harsh critical eye indeed. While I am still certain that it will meet my expectations, I still can't help but wonder what in the hell went wrong here for some of these reviewers?
The story is apparently awful, but how many shooters out there have noteworthy stories? Call of Duty? Don't make me laugh. Gears of War with it's lame ass over sized characters in giant armor that have become the definition of GENERIC? Come on, man. Most ...
I thought it sucked pretty hard. Lame looking characters and cheesy as hell dialogue. Don't get me wrong, I love cheese when it is done right. However, this game just pours it on to the level of being cringe worthy and outright annoying.
The gameplay was OK for the most part, but kind of gimmicky. Not being able to jump in a FPS like this seemed a bit awkward for me as well. All in all, I'll be giving this one a big pass.
God, I hope so. I fucking loved that game and never understood all the hate. The lore, the characters, the martial arts fantasy and the world simply sucked me in and did not want to let me go. One of BioWare's finest and has heaps of potential to make it even better.
Come on, guys, This is Snowblind we are talking about. No fans of Champions of Norrath up in here? Think Champions of Norrath in the Lord of the Rings universe and with a traditional third person view. This game has great potential.
This is the kind of shit that just pisses me off. They release yearly rehash after rehash (which I have been guilty of buying myself) and have the audacity and the gall to put the blame on gamers for growing weary of the milking and the LACK of creativity that Call of Duty has come to represent.
As far as Black Ops goes, the multiplayer was broken out of the box on PS3 and their patches only made it worse. Now, instead of owning up to their shitty work, they resort to biting ...
Releasing shitty, broken, copy/paste, slap-job rehashes that hope to generate sales based off of name brand power alone is what is damaging the industry. Not to mention cutting the games that we pay for short, so that you can ultimately make more money with DLC and map packs.
Entitled? Hell, if I pay $60.00 for a game, I simply think that I am 'entitled' to be able to play the damn thing. Too bad such was not the case with Black Ops multiplayer on PS3. Don't blame gamers for getting upset that they bought a broken game that YOU developed. That is where the anger is coming from, Treyarch... and rightly so.
This is just awesome. Indeed, Two Worlds II is 'The little sequel that could'
Listen to this man. The game is just plain GOOD.
Yeah, this game looks so good it is just ridiculous. I am talking looks so good that it pops right in your face.
I have always loved Tomb Raider, but if this new one plays anything like Underworld then I don't give a damn how it looks. Underworld actually looks pretty nice in places, but it is without question one of the worst playing games that I have played this gen. I could not even be bothered to finish the game it was so bad. Such a shame, as it could have been great.
As far as this new direction goes, I am loving what I have seen so far. While I do not think it will touch the ...
