Damn, now that is a plus and will add to what I have been hearing is a rather short campaign. Even more excited for it now. Reminds me of a modern day Golden Axe... only darker.
"Whaaah, stop killing me. That's not supposed to happen. I am supposed to be the one killing you!"
I am so sick of people always complaining about how other people prefer to play a game that they fucking also payed for. If someone wants to be a Marksman and use an assault rifle, big deal. It's their game and they can play it how they want.
If I wanted to, I could whine about facing entire teams of Infiltrators that follow you around the map...
I got burned by Dragon Rising, not this time. They might as well go ahead and change the name from 'Red River' to 'Shit Creek'.
I am still very much looking forward to the game, but I am kind of put off by the environments that I have seen thus far. They just look so... bland and uninspired.
Wow, I am enjoying KZ3, but I am not falling for this sort of bait right after release. The maps should be in the full game... end of story. I was wondering why the game was so short on maps, and here is the answer. It figures.
And yet look at all of the glowing reviews it is getting. Whatever, I sure as hell am not getting it. I thought the demo was pure cheese with extra mold, and a side helping of gimmicky gameplay and lame ass characters.
Damn glad to read this. After seeing the footage that IGN released the other day, I just went ahead and wrote this game off entirely. Then I heard it was a really old build, so I became slightly interested again, yet cautiously optimistic. I may give this one a go after all before it's all said and done.
I thought the demo was pretty awful. Lame looking characters, gimmicky gameplay and so much cheese poured on that it is cringe worthy. Some cheese is good when done right, but here it is just overbearing and just plain annoying.
I forgot to mention, that trailer is pretty damn intense. Just imagine being outside, enjoying a nice day and then all of the sudden that shit happens.
I went from wanting this game, to it falling off of my radar entirely, and now I am back to kind of wanting it again. There is just something about it that makes me want to give it a shot. I think it is just for the experience of playing through a story of an occupied America that intrigues me. Plus, I went back and watched some of the multiplayer footage and it actually looks really fun. I still may pick this one up yet.
Probably goes on a lot more than we know about. We just don't hear about it. That said, Two Worlds II is quite the gem. However, that does not excuse these sort of actions. Like I said, though, this sort of shit happens a lot more than we are privy to. Especially the gifts and bribes.
I'll be there. I'll give it a run through before I pop Killzone 3 in.
Damn, that will add some muscle to the team.
Well said, friend. One of the main reasons that I am getting sick of posting on gaming forums in general. Tired of seeing all of the jaded ass gamers doing nothing but whining instead of merely discussing the games and the enjoyment thereof.
Whine, whine, whine, bitch, bitch, bitch, moan, moan, moan, complain, complain, complain... ad nauseum. This generation has turned into nothing but a bunch of spoiled, self entitled gamers who are jaded to the point that all they do is hate on games that they have not even played. "Whahhh, teh game is consolized... wahhh!!!"
All the haters will be proved wrong yet again.
He is playing the hell out of it and talks about how great it is compared to most other shooters, yet it is still not good enough? LOL, got to love the jaded ass gamers of this generation. No matter how good something may be, it just is never good enough.
Yep, I created a Hong Kong account last night and got it. Shootouts with the Helghast are glorious. The demo started out a tad slow, but by about half way through the game starts to shine. Brutal AI that is sharp as a tack and war torn chaos going on all around you. Say what you will about this game, but there is not another shooter like it in my book.
Probably going to get raped by the review boys, but I think it looks fun as hell. It reminds me of a modern day Golden Axe... only darker.
All of those great PC games that I have been missing out on streamed through my TV? Yes please. Somehow I am doubting that they will be revealing a Micro-console, though. Which would mean that this service would mean nothing for me if I still had to run it through my awful computer.
