YES
Stop complaining. If you don't want to buy a game, don't buy it.
I for one, am looking forward to playing some ports on the Switch. I want Hyrule Warriors and Mario Maker as two examples, because I never got a Wii U.
I agree 100% with Perfect Dark 64. If they get even just one Rare game, it has to be that.
Both Zeldas have to be in there for sure.
I would rather have Turok 2 than Turok 1.
Paper Mario would be nice.
I have a lot of games from my collection I would want added, but probably weren't as popular. Hopefully they can be side-loaded.
Motion blur is annoying and interferes with my ability to play FPS. I expect to be able to see things as clearly as my eyes allow me to, so stop adding distortions to the game that interfere with my ability to aim.
Developers thinking that motion blur adds anything to the experience are 100% WRONG and should stop it.
It looks like they have big stuff in the works but not coming out until 2019.
Hopefully they do better at E3 next year.
The trailer is old news, and so is the confirmation that they're making a classic server. I was active on the official WoW Classic forum months ago but haven't been following it lately because rehashing the same threads over and over again gets boring after a while.
However confirming the patch level is something new. The forums have seen big arguments over that - confirming 1.12 will alleviate some of that, I hope.
If this one turns out well and ...
Where do these snowflake SJW authors come from? Articles like this are absurd and completely irrelevant.
If people want to play games like this, you're in no position to object. Games are art and the consumers are free to buy the art they want.
I for one, love poorly dressed busty women in my video games and will continue to buy such video games.
Case in point: I've already pre-ordered Code as Princess EX for the Switch. Can'...
If M$ is going to obsolete their hardware this quickly then it's not worth buying it in the first place.
I would love to see something similar to Armored Core IV: For Answer.
Either a remake, or a direct sequel using the ORCA ending that brings down the assault cells and takes the next game into space.
I never imagined it as anything else and it would have turned me off if they had veered from the established formula. Deus Ex and EYE already showed us how cyberpunk video games are done.
Even GitS for the Ps2 was first-person. It only zoomed out to third person during Motoko's dodge animation.
GOG is turning out to be a much better platform. They are letting in the anime games with fan-service that Steam has been censoring, but aren't letting in the crappy cell-phone games and half-assed amateur garbage that Steam has been flooded with.
Plus none of the games on GOG have DRM, and are mostly free of microtransactions as well. There are a few exceptions, but the for the vast majority you get the whole game for the price paid up front. That's awesome.
I'm not.
Next!
If Nintendo had shown off a mainline pokemon game as a work in progress at this E3 they would have won, and probably sold more Switches.
I'm disappoint to hear that their next pokemon game is some casual knock-off pokemon.
They came out the door with such momentum but it's puttering out now.
I agree touchscreen phones are a bad platform for most games. You have to design the game around using a touchscreen. Most gamers interested in a gaming phone want to use a d-pad and buttons, which work better for a wider variety of games.
What I've always wanted to see is a clamshell phone with normal phone buttons plus a d-pad and buttons. Fold it up, stick it in your pocket. When you want to game, open it up and you have your gameboy-like controls ready to use. Plus ...
Loot boxes
Micro-transactions
RNG loot with absurdly low drop rates
Extreme grinding to level
Time gates on missions/levels
Nonsensical lore (is okay if it's comedic, but if the game takes it's lore seriously at all it has to be airtight)
Invisible walls
Invulnerable enemies
The author is just jello that he couldn't make a game as awesome as Custer's Revenge.
Best game for NES! 10/10
It's like Doomguy suing Duke Nukem.
How dare someone else come up with the idea for a FPS shooter?
I don't do kickstarter anymore. So he will have to release his game, and then I will consider buying it.
Honestly I think Beyond Earth was the most innovative Civilization title of them all. The iterative upgrades to each mainstream title were bound to become stale at some point. There are only so many ways to present turn-based strategy. Especially if you are re-packaging the same content into each title.
I don't know why BE gets so much hate. It was different and like a breath of fresh air.
Uh oh. Sane people triggered a snowflake author. We are bad and should feel bad.
Seriously it's PC social justice warrior BS. Women didn't fight in WW2. Women's rights and Unviersal Suffrage came later.
WW2 was the first time women were allowed to enter the workforce in mass. The men went to fight the war, the women worked in the factories. That alone was a culture shock to the societal norms of the time.
When insane SJW'...
Another industry completely saturated. The same thing happened to IT. There was a time when you didn't even need a college degree, just a cisco certification was enough to walk into a 30k+ a year job. Now an associates degree can't even guarantee you that.

If you're a parent, do your children a favor and push them into medical school. Medicine isn't completely saturated with doctors yet. Lots of doctors out there still have six figure incomes.
