It's the beginning of the E3 hype train for Gears of war. They are basically setting up the full trailer that is going to release next week. They will probably release more teasers leading up the final trailer.
Whoever this kid is...trying to discredit what Epic is doing obviously is clueless and Gears is not the only game that has used such tactics. It's called building up interest, of course you have to be a fan of the franchise which I doubt this fanbo...

It's been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Well then a video is worth infinitely more. The video CLEARLY shows that they are identical without any real differences, not that it matters in this case.
Other than the amount of discs, there isn't much to compare. PS3 requires a massive install and the 360 requires you to swap discs at different points...it's a wash. Buy it for your favorite system and leave it at that.

Well, I loved Far Cry 2 and funny enough, I have been playing ( 5th or 6th time ) it this week. It`s up to you how you want to play. Change the time of day on the fly and a fantastic map(s) to explore. One of the best looking games this gen as well. Can`t wait for Far Cry 3.
On Topic, I have no idea why he is so angry about LA Noire. I haven`t played it but it does seem from the various video`s I've seen to do a little too much hand holding.

It's going to be the biggest and best E3 this gen, that I am sure of.
Nintendo really has me pumped for their new machine. With crazy rumors the thing will be at least 50% more powerful than either 360 or PS3 has got me excited, tho I should say, Nintendo is notoriously cheap when it comes to these things...the 3ds is a perfect example. Still, Mario in 1080p and 60fps will be a sight to behold and could easily steal the show.

I guess it would depend where you set up the xbox. The Halo one looks incredible and would fit in nicely in a bedroom built on a Halo theme. Number 10 looks the cleanest and would work nicely in dark and serious set up.

Lionhead and MGS have been burning the midnight oil trying to squeeze as much performance from the 6 year old 360. Mega meshes was a demo based on some of this work. the cartoony look was built around the Milo demo but the breakthroughs that MGS and Lionhead discovered have already been passed on to developers making games on 360. The new disc format had something to do with all this as well.

I like the support for Kinect and it's 10+ million strong sales but I would like a few more games for the guys like me that like using the " normal " controller.
I understand they have to support Kinect but where is the other development? I hope E3 has more for the hardcore that gave Microsoft/360 the 50+ million in sales they are currently enjoying.
BTW, 343 studio's has said no other dev will work on a Halo title but them so I'...

Interestingly, I think that the appearance of Halo 3 at 20th position is an indication of newer console owners buying 360 during the PSN downtime. Black ops still top 5 could also be interpreted that way.
BTW, is there no actual numbers assigned to the sales, if so could you please post them and on what system to give a clearly idea of how the games are selling over there.

PSN has been down for a month. Brink was being advertised as an on line game that could be played offline with bots but most didn't know that.
It's of little consequence since the 360 has the highest numbers of sales on almost all multi-plats. That's not a secret and has been that way from the beginning of this gen.
