First rule of gaming is to buy the right system and the best version of the game...that means you will need a Xbox 360 to play the only version of this game that runs properly.
Do a little research and you will quickly find that the best system, best on line and best controller...critical to a game like this can only be found on the Xbox 360 platform. As a matter of fact...ALL multi-plats look and play better on 360...just saying.

I really enjoyed Halo Reach. I like the way Noble team died doing what they loved and for a cause. I think people under estimate what it's like to make a massively successful Halo game with out the main character being a part of it. Bungie really outdid themselves...loved how Noble team went out...

First off, the game is suppose to look like a comic book, superhero styled game and that's why they went with the cell shaded look. The game plays and controls beautifully and does what the designers intended.
Now, if you don't like the way it looks then say you prefer a different art style. I like the way the game looks and plays...different strokes for different folks. I would agree that making the game about " freaks " would not of been my first choice ...
I have no idea what games you guys have been playing this gen but there has been huge increases in both gameplay and graphics for both systems...more in fact for the 360.
If any system appears to be struggling it's the mighty PS3 which, according to Sony is some kind of super computer and should of been rendering games at 1080p/60fps by now...whats wrong???
The xbox 360 has been nothing but impressive from the get go dropping the best looking and PLAY...

...yep...biggest story of 2010 was Sony's line up or lack there of. Easily one of the worst line ups of gaming this and possibly last gen. One game multi-player only then 2 games with no multi-player or any kind of DLC...0_o. Then a definitive racing sim that after numerous delays is on update who knows. :D
Add to that some of the worst ports for multi-player games ever in the history of gaming and the mighty Sony looked pretty bad. Charging for there laggy PSN and $99....
...still hasn't happen and with the 4 gb 360 S selling for $130.00 this week it's not gonna happen this holiday.
Who cares but the PS3 camp. M$ is planning the next Xbox while the mighty Sony is still trying to catch up this gen. Xbox live is making a huge profit this gen...PSN is losing money. Xbox and PS3 multi-plats sell millions more on 360...Kinect is off to a great start...windows 7 phone is selling well and their return to PC gaming will no doubt be a success.

Gears is a great game and has sold well over 12 MILLION copies this gen. The problem is it's exclusive to the 360 and the " other " guys can't stand it...lol.
Unreal Engine not only is one of the best looking game engines out there but easily the most versatile. Cliffy B is a great asset to the gaming community and whatever he is working on will be over the top fun to play.

Every member of Noble team dies and I find it hard to believe nobody remembers how or how tragic it was. It was nice to see them all die defending a cause and a planet they loved...how is that bad or disappointing in anyway.

Battlefield and EA continue to try to capture that special something that COD has but they continue to fail. Battlefield gameplay has been the same for YEARS...nobody cares. Battlefield is as old as looking for health packs...lol. Unless they make big changes in their next game, it will flop just like MOH...on consoles anyway.
COD Black Ops is a fantastic game ( on 360 ) and millions are enjoying it daily, as well as Modern Warfare 2 and COD 4. Activision has really hit it ...
Activision has continued to make boat loads of money while EA continues to make excuses and dumb decisions.
This all has to do with Activision filing court action against EA and making EA look like fools and desperate in the business world. CoD and world of warcraft are untouchable right now...the investors are watching and EA is getting nervous and judging by these comments, personal and desperate. Kotick is loving it right now. Where's big mouth Peter Moore???

The " cancer " is EA and their " lets start charging them for demo's " BS or the give me all your personal information and your e-mail address to play their games crap. Lets not forget attempting to stop used game sales with there dumb policies and DLC.
Activision is right on the money with this...EA absolutely inter-feared with Infinity Ward ( they worked together previously ) and Infinity ward thought they owned the COD franchise ( lol ) and they wante...
The third party line up for 2011 is, assuming nothing changes, incredible. Who cares who has more exclusives. The PS3 has more exclusives for 2011 because they had a very weak line up for 2010.
@King...I have a PS3...didn't buy one game for it in 2010...all rentals and weak ones at that. Even the official PlayStation magazine ( OPM ) gave their game of the year to a multi-plat RDR and a badly ported one at that...O_o

The technology is solid and will only improve. It's up to the developers to program the game. Most if not all game require people to stand and use their WHOLE body as the controller. Maybe a developer and a publisher will get together and make a game for those select few that do not have full control of their bodies...but I doubt it. M$ has already patented the use of sign language with kinect.
