...it seems that they want to stick with what has worked in the past. I think for COD it's not needed and of course they have the whole spec-ops option. It changes the way the campaign is played out and consoles, especially the PS3, are ill equipped to provide the amount of resources needed to prop up the AI and enemy count to support a story based co-op campaign. The 360 would just get by but the PS3 would be dead in the water or require a considerable downgrading. The fanboys...

Even Naughty Dog, a Sony R&D company as well as first party developer, recently has come out saying they hope that they standardise the consoles next gen to help developers with game development.
The 360 is not the problem but introducing something totally new and expecting everybody else to pick up the development costs is INSANE which was exactly what Sony did.

M$ claims it's to prevent the people from changing their gamer tag everyday...whatever the reason they give, it's a scam. They could just say you can only change your gamer tag once a year if that was the case but they don't make a boat load of money on that idea.
As far as I know, you can change your game tag ONCE for free and then you have to pay.
People should be used to M$ and their money scams...it's reaching epic proportio...

If M$ released the next Xbox tomorrow, I would sell evey other console I have and buy that. The next Xbox will be my last console and I won't make the mistake of buying all three again.
M$ has the hardcore, always did and while they are courting the casuals with Kinect, they will still, with the xbox 360 S, sell it as the base Xbox experience but there is a growing demand for the next big thing and that will be the next Xbox.

They really needed to up the amount of people that you could play with in co-op to at least 4...maybe more. Playing a firefight/horde mode with just two people while better than nothing, seems lacking. Also make it drop in/drop out...those type of games take forever and many times friends want to join in on whatever you are playing. While we are dreaming, how about a feature that lets your friends watch you play whatever game you are playing.
