Another reason to walk right on passed any EA product. Imagine paying for this game full price and finding out it's worth half the original price before you even leave the store...O_o
A worst company than EA will be hard to find. The kids acting like EA is losing money after have already made money selling the game once are as dumb as they come. I hope EA loses millions and the 200 million Activision is suing them for would be a great start.

The BIG problem with Eight days was Sony, in their infinite shortsightedness, launched a CGI trailer made to look like actually game play, like KZ 2, like Motorstorm and then when people actually saw the games in real time they were like forget it.

I really hope it stays on Origin so COD can have the Steam demographic all to themselves. Ea is making a big mistake and EA mistakes should only be encourage at this point. The more Ea loses, the better.

...and it looked fantastic and from what I've seen of the PC version, not far behind.
It was one of my biggest surprises of 2010. If you have a 360, grab it, it's fairly cheap these days and sit back and enjoy. Great atmosphere, story and graphics await.
I expect the 360 version to be great again...read the Digital Foundry article with these guys...they won't settle.

Sure, fanboys will pick the game that is exclusive to their console of choice and since they are both launching at different times, there is room for everybody...BUT...there is only one game bringing the heat this fall and it will be Gears Of war.

Cole and Baird, assuming none of them die in part 3, should have their own spin off. I can see a lot of fun interaction between the two.
Dom, with the whole wife thing, has been ruined by Epic in their quest to pull heart strings instead of being entertaining. The bromance between Dom and Markus is dangerously close to becoming what happened to KZ 3 ( Sev and Rico...O_o ) and that disaster of a story line.

The first game actually had nice graphics, it was the other " issues " that it had. Hopefully, they have straighten out those problems. The screens look great but seeing the game in action will be the real test.

I hope it releases early 2012...looks great and from the dialogue will be very Modern warefare like, meaning taking place all over the world in all the major hot spots...can't wait.

I think most people understand by now that Battlefield 3 is not going to look ANYTHING like the pre-E3 trailers ON ANY PLATFORM.
Ea-Dice has said that the multi-player and the single player will look the SAME...O_o...we all know that is not going to happen, well, at least it shouldn't and the footage shown so far is nowhere near the level of fidelity that the pre-E3 fantasy footage looked like...just look at this " high " PC settings footage...

EA-Dice has started all this nonsense coming out and trash talking calling devs lazy, they are the only ones doing destruction and the best one, that their engine is a next gen engine in the current gen. They have been trying to discredit COD based on footage that is looking at this point, nothing more than a pipe dream for a very select few...if that.

The 360 version looked great already and with a little more work on the physics engine, it could be right up there with the great 360 exclusives.
Now that they have generated a little interest, hopefully they have a little money to invest in better tools so they can hang with Gears of war 3.
As for the PS3 version, who knows...the game engine is a PC game engine, which works well on 360 as was shown in Metro 2033 but the PS3 has always struggle...
