Dude, the original Xbox has a 700MHz Pentium III processor with 64MB of video ram(nVidia Nv2A)...and it ran games at 640 x 480 or 720 x 480.
The Quad-Core processor (most likely around 1.5GHz per core) in the PSP2 coupled with the PowerVR SGX543MP4+ will give at LEAST graphics that are a couple notches higher than the original Xbox. Even if the cores in the GPU are only at 200MHz each...it'll still look better than Xbox 1, AND at a higher...
Who the hell uses 3GB of video ram
Um, now is this all about textures and lighting, or is there any actual interaction with the environment? What about animation?
Good.
Because The Orange Box on PlayStation 3 was the only game EVER released on the PS3 to NOT support native Dolby 5.1 surround (or DTS, for that matter)
I couldn't believe it when I saw that there was no surround audio track in the game. The worst port I've ever seen in my life.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH A HAHAHA
*Takes deep breath*
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHA HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
This article is so full of wrongness and fail that I just can't believe it.
In fact, Imma make up a new word for this incorrectness.
Failharderrificness.

I particularly enjoy the music for Guild Wars: Factions.
The definition of cross-platform play is different in this application.
I believe that, in this sense, "cross-platform" means being able to purchase the PS3 version of Steam games and play them for free on other platforms where the game is available, and use the same cloud-based game saves.
No. Steam accounts are created and maintained through the PC clients. It's not a feature that will be native to the PS3, although valve may provide a link in their games which takes you to https://store.steampowered.... in the PS3's browser.
OK, the ONLY thing coming to PS3 is SteamWORKS, which is cross-platform play and CLOUD gamesaves.
That's IT, people. There is NOT another online service coming to the PS3, only select FEATURES that make the PS3 versions of Steam games cross-platform.
=(
He's a great composer, I have almost all of his music.
The Infinity Ward of COD:MW 1 is not the Infinity Ward that is rumored to be assisting with this project.
I can pretty much guarantee you that it's because of uncompressed audio and textures.
Why Kinect DOESN'T need Molyneux:
He is the most notorious over-promiser and under-achiever in the game developer world. That is NOT what you need spearheading a new product like Kinect.
Yeah, Sasanova....that's what I thought until I saw the tech being used in this game. You kinda pwned yourself there. lol
Just...wow. Uncanny valley is indeed conquered. Totally believable. Readable emotions. All the human subtleties are there. Love it.
I actually choked up a bit from watching this. FINALLY the tech for real, believable, human and genuine actor performances is here. Expect games using this tech to hit you a lot harder and actually bring out emotional responses.
Great stuff.
No possible way to review online multiplayer yet = half of a game being reviewed.
And thus begins the end of renting and used game sales.
...cool?
Yeah this is essential if a Tron mod is to look complete
The old 360 can output in (upscaled) 1080p with component, let's put that one to rest. How do I know? I'm doing it right now.
As far as the PSP2 is concerned...maybe it can do VIDEO OUT (like watching a movie with video dock or cables) at 1080p, but there's no way in hell it could render games at 1080p.
@ OpenGL
That would be cool. With a handheld that has more graphical oomph than the original Xbox or Wii, I'd play it on a T...
