My friend has a 16 meg connection and we were playing Just Cause 2 the other day...and the input lag makes games very, very annoying to play for more than a few minutes.

Funny thing is, Uncharted already is superior than pretty much every single other action adventure game in the world as far as technical aspects go...just throw in more particles and maybe some newer texturing here and there...and it'll stay that way.
