Off topic a bit, does anyone know how to accept the new Sony TOS? I got an email saying they were changing it, but I didn't see anywhere to accept and I'd like not to get banned...
I am not sure why people are comparing these two game franchises all of a sudden. One if a FPS and one if a TPS. They seriously don't have anything in common.
I just pre ordered the collectors edition of Forza 4! I cant wait!
Well an argument could be made this Halo CE Anniversary is really one of only a few games that deserves a remake, throw in the fact that they actually went and remade it, instead of just up converting it to HD and adding Achievements.
I'd say there are really only 3 HD collections worth getting.
1.Halo CE
2.Metal Gear
3.God Of War 1/2
I only say God Of War because I didn't play those on the PS2 and wanted to catch up...

This is very interesting. I really enjoyed Homefront, I still play it on XBL. It had a lot going for it. Needed to work on the campaign and lengthen it though.
Team Death match no matter what the game is going to support camping and lone wolves.
COD has game modes like Search And Destroy which require teamwork. There is no real chance of getting high kill streaks on that mode, so it's a game mode dedicated to nothing but team work, which is why it is one of the most popular modes on every COD title.
Cant argue that logic....
It is an amazing, inventive game that is budget priced and even comes with Fruit Ninja Kinect. Definitely well worth it.
Those games all look awful. It's all about Gears 3, you'd be foolish to release a game the same day as that one.
Doesn't the game release in like a month? I suspect the coding by now has got to be completed, which pretty much means they are just trying to show off their game, not really get input on possibly making the game better.
Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to it, but I just think it's gotten popular to put a beta out as a form of advertising as opposed to actually fixing issues or addressing potential problems.

I think this looks interesting, Kinect Sports was my favorite Kinect game last year and I was hoping they would include Baseball in a part 2. I'm sure this one will be as much of a success as the first one. What did that one sell over 3 million or something? That's pretty impressive.
To me she wasn't even needed in part 2. I remember feeling like her part was just tacked on to begin with. They were just trying to use her for T and A. I enjoyed part 3 much more.
She never has done anything for me as far as her looks go though, but I think it's cool she is a gamer at least. Anyone that breaks the "gamers are nerds in their moms basement" mentality is a plus in my book.
The group thing is fun, I love to watch something like Chappelle's Show, you can emote and things like that. It's actually quite fun indeed. As for Hulu Plus, that is a train wreck in and of itself.
I tried it, but the best shows aren't even available to stream.... I mean if they added the Simpsons it'd be worth it by itself...
I hope this is true. I love not having to switch between HDMI cables and whatnot. I live off Netflix and ESPN on XBL right now anyway. So anything added to that would be fine by me.
As for people saying they liked it when these things just played games, since the mid 1990's they have done more then that. Sony added a CD player first, then DVD and now Blu Ray. I personally love any and all extra features these devices have to offer, because you simply cant live off gaming ...
Well the general consensus is that the MP was broken to start with. I didn't get into playing Gears 2 online until after this huge title update over a year ago.
That was when they started using dedicated servers and offered a social playlist, which worked great. I actually still play Gears 2 often. I was just using what I thought was the general consensus, even though it looks like Gears 2 will end up with the better overall score, I think Gears 3 will be better online a...
The beta was the biggest reason to play Gears 3 forever. I thought it was hands down the most polished, fun online outing I've played in a long, long time. I was so happy that the shotguns wont run the online anymore. Pretty much all of the weapons can do equal harm.
They really did a great job in convincing a lot of people that were on the fence after a lackluster Gears 2 release.
Funny, I just mentioned a couple of friends who received similar messages from Gamestop. There is probably close to 30 thousand players online by now...I'm gonna have some catching up to do.
It's not really piracy. I know a ton of people that got the game early. Gamestop sent a ton of people their copy early and it came with a little note asking you not to play it online until the 20th. I kind of wish they would rest everyone on the 20th just so everyone is on equal footing.
I haven't signed in for a while, but when I got the email asking me to agree and couldn't find a place to agree I got a little worried.
I don't use PSN often, but I would have hated to get banned for not accepting. I have around 10 PSN accounts I'll have to log into and accept I guess.
