Man, never got into the first Destiny, but this is damn tempting .....
Looking good! A newer, darker take it seems on the franchise. And that Xbox One X resolution is pretttttty.
It isn't the exact same thing because you neglect to mention that Xbox One S is also in the market. This isn't a fresh generation right now, it's a more mature one with multiple offerings. So it may seem similarly on the surface if you look solely at price, but Xbox One X isn't going after the PS4 Pro crowd. The Xbox One S is doing that, albeit with slightly less power. Xbox One X is going after its own market entirely, a market that hasn't reallllly existed before: the ul...
I'd say that 1.31 teraflops to 6 teraflops is not a slight upgrade, not to mention more RAM with an improved bandwidth, as well as GDDR5 compared to the original console. While you may not consider vapor cooling and the size an improvement, that does indeed factor into cost.
You can also look at it as about a 43% price premium over the Xbox One S while providing the same size box (for the most part) and more than triple the GPU power, 50% more RAM, and double the storage.
Ugh, Harvest Moon is soooo played out. Pull an Assassin's Creed and take a year off, would ya?
3DS sold 66 million units according to Reggie in the Treehouse live show, so that's quite a few owners to sell to. Especially since Metroid Prime 4 is coming to Switch in the next year or two or three or four (let's be honest, haha). So this is definitely warranted.
Soooooo good! They have to keep up with Zelda's breadth now! Not that it's possible to do so, but to get as close to it as possible!
Interesting. Really changing up the mechanics this time around. I wonder how that will affect actual coin collecting in the game rather than just going after it for the sake of an extra 1UP.
Agreed. Plus, the wedding thing is super weird.
Can't believe it, but man they're hitting us hard!
Okay, then buy a skin if you want that. If you want a custom controller, buy this. Problem solved. To each their own. Thanks for stopping by.
Did you even read the article? A regular controller is $59, these ones are $79. Also: if you don't want it, don't buy it! But if you need an extra controller, lots of people will see value in getting something unique for an extra $20.
The metallic stuff is *droolllllsssss* So good.
Not my site or my review. Just found it online and thought it was worth sharing for the wonderful discussion it brought about. For the record, I completely disagree with the review even though I've yet to play the game, but all I've seen tells me I'm going to love it.
Right? Insanely awesome games from new IP just proves that rehashing other franchises isn't always the way to go.
The cutscenes are beautiful, but the game is just so meh in my eyes.
I think that if you were to review a Madden title, or perhaps an RTS or Call of Duty, for example, you would be doing so as someone with fresh eyes on the series, and that would give you a different perspective than someone who has played previous games in the series. Much in the same way that people who've played a lot of a single series may tend to like it for nostalgia reasons, blinding them to potential issues in the game, this is the opposite of that, I think.
If someone hasn't played a previous game in the series, that makes them unfit to play this type of game? Everyone has their opinion, and that will factor into any review, but I'm sure that the developers wouldn't expect only previous players to play their games. If anything, they want to make them more inclusive and open to others, so your point isn't coherent. You're entitled to disagree, but don't discredit the reviewer for something that actually has no bearing on t...
A departure from the usual COD format is never a bad thing.
Crazy - I don't know how this happened, but I think the damage is done. Bitter taste in everyone's mouth.
