The intention of the law was to allow the little guy a opportunity to fight back big corporation. As far as I know, 30-40 years ago you never really heard of these insane cases. At some point in time it became ok to sue for ridiculous amounts of money. I would suggest changing the law so the looser pays all the cost.

Because, this wasn't announced in advance of the game. GTA IV episodes and the time exclusive maps for MW2 are all announced in advance!

Basically, Sony has been updating many unneeded features on PSN. They are still trying to play catchup with MS in terms of presentation. Just take one hard look at NXE and FW 3.0.

That seems almost hardly worth it to make even just to promote your game. It would be worth a lot more to the gamers and the publishers free or just use a different method of marketing.
PSP Go at ranking 180+ ranking on amazon.com isn't something worth mentioning. I thought it was in top 10 or something.

Personally, I would get the PSP-3000 over the Go. Cheaper, bigger screen, tried and tested hardware and doesn't force me to buy digital only games at the same price as regular media in-store!

That is because the PS Wand is nothing more than a minor improvement (if at that) of the Wii Motion Plus that is out now. Sure the PS3 is HD, but it is far from revolutionary. There is nothing to speculate about, it is already out and you can play CoD, Conduit and etc.
Besides, the only interresting games I played on the Wii with the motes are Wii Sports and suprise Wii Sports Resort. Everything else has been gimicky, but I heard good things about Metroid....

First of all, installs should NOT be required on console period!
Furthermore, the PS3 installs in many instances are practically installing the whole game onto the drive and it is MANDATORY. Many games have 5GB installs whereas the game fits on a DVD on the 360.
The installation on the 360 is optional, just as you were saying "use the disc and leave the hard drive alone."

Reality, I would rather they not send me spam! If they want to attract my attention, send me some relevant news about updates or free stuff to draw me in. You are basically giving away a little piece of credit history that can later affect you. Overall, getting a credit card just to get $100 off is a terrible idea. With too many cards, your credit score can go down, in which case applying for that 200k+ loan for a house will cost you substantially more than $100!

Simply because some gamers might just move to a different game altogether like Halo 3 ODST. Activision and IW interrest is to create a game worth upgrading too and I don't doubt it will meet the hype level which is suprisingly non-existant.
