It sounds very impressive but if the ratio was 5:1 last gen then suddenly it's not so bad for MS. Tbh I expect they were about the same, 2:1.
If it gives an online advantage yeah it's bad, but how many games actually do that? Give a competitive advantage for money?
Meh, they aren't that bad. no one is forcing you to buy stuff so as long as it's not stupidly hard to earn stuff without them, I don't see why people are hating on them.

I'd rather see MS concentrate on creating some new ip rather than scraping the barrel for old stuff. Crackdown, Banjo and Conker deserve a comeback though.
