Looks like a solid base to build the game off. Since they won't be doing 200 versions of it like SFIV, they have plenty of time to improve upon it.

FF VII is timed exclusive and years away. Shenmue 3 is years away. The Last Guardian honestly had a fairly meh return, the stage demo they showed didn't look that great.
Sony's conference was a spectacle, but Xbox showed why you should buy an Xbox One now.

Not all exclusives are bad. Exclusives like this are bad because they show a lack of faith in the publisher's product.
I'm not ragging on Sony here, they made the right move. Capcom should have more faith in one of its flagship titles though.
It's a big get within the fighting game community, but it's still fairly niche in the grand scheme of things. Street Fighter just isn't the big name it once was.
Tomb Raider is bigger, which is why it's only a timed-exclusive. It would have cost a lot more to buy it's full exclusivity than it would have done for Street Fighter.
Xbox fighting game community has Killer Instinct too, which will soften the blow. Really all this does is piddle ...

erm this isn't new, it's been around for ages. They've given it a slight redesign from what I can see, but I've been signed up to live rewards for ages.
Edit: It seems like they've altered it a bit. the rebate related to your GS is gone, but you can now earn up to a 10% rebate based on your VIP rank.
Still, the title needs fixing.
