I get what you mean. Games these days are a lot of money which a lot of people haven't got much of.
You could pick up GT5 again when it comes down in price one day, if you want it again.
This type of gameplay is what I liked about the original Deus Ex. I loved looking around trying to find different ways to complete objectives and get from A to B.
Really looking forward to playing this, Deus Ex is my all time favourite game. Its looking a lot like the original, gameplay wise, and very nice graphics also.

Yes this will be good, going by previous DIRT games. I wouldn't trade GT5 for it though.
I have 2 games on that list, Haze and Silent Hill:Homecoming. I am glad they exist and found them quite enjoyable to play. They both have some problems, but not as bad as some people make out. I have played games way worse than those two.
The best game/watch games I had was ZAXXON. It had 2 screens in the same place, one on top of the other, which gave a 3D kind of look to it. The top screen had black LCD's and the bottom had blue LCD's, so you could tell if you was on the upper screen or lower screen.
It had a little joystick and two fire buttons, shoot and bomb.
I wonder if it was the first game to try to look 3D, It did look and played great for the time (mid 80's).
I love playing GT5 with a wheel, started with GT5p. It is way better than using a game pad.
It makes the game more realistic and IMO can help people to learn to drive better.
I use the cockpit view (on premium cars), and bonnet/roof cam on others. Its suprising how near to real driving, a game can be.

Thanks for the reply. From what I've seen it looks my type of game, and a five does seem low from the video's of gameplay I've seen. Will have a look around and see if anywhere near me have a good price for it.
Most people seem to like the multi-player part of Homefront. Thats what I'm interested in, more than the single player.
Is it as good as COD, or BFBC1+2, and would you recommend it to someone who likes those type of multi-player games?
It depends how good the multi-player is. If I really like it then I will sink a lot of time into it. Thats where I usually spend most of my playing time. Normally play single player once, then many hours online if I enjoy it.
Thats why I'd like to try it first, mostly for multi-player.
The video's I've seen of Socom 4 look just like MAG with the graphics etc. I'm assuming its the same game engine. It looks like MAG but in third person.
I know it will have different game modes, so it will be different to play.
The reviews for this game are all over the place. I am still looking into buying it. May rent it first just to see how good it is, and how much its worth to buy.
What I've seen of the game so far is that the multi-player looks quite good and fun to play. The single player seems alright by the video's I've watched, but you can't really tell until you actually play at home.
I've only played the demo, but found it quite good. Will get it one day, but have lots of other games I want first.
All these games releasing, I need more money, and time to play.

It's terrible what's happened, but we have to carry on. Like I said before, the Japanese affected have more to worry about than a computer game.

Just played this today on PS3 and it looks a lot better than those screenshots, but it still doesn't look great. Its good but not great. I thought it would look better. I enjoyed the game though, it plays well.

I was trying to tell people this, but just got, idiot and moron.
I even mentioned something similar to you, about people been shot, stabbed, run over etc. It happens and kills many every day, but we don't delay GTA/Saints row etc.

I have noticed here (UK) Homefront ads on TV are XBOX360 ads also. It seems Microsoft have paid for Homefront ads.
Haven't seen any ads for just Homefront or Homefront and PS3.
