The games, or levels I'll remember for a while are, same as No1 in article, COD 4. Also Oblivion as stated in article. The first time I played Motorstorm and RFoM (first games played on my PS3 when new).
All of GTA:San Andreas, loved that. All of Deus Ex, my favourite ever game.
I want the new Deus Ex to give me many memories. I just hope its as good as it looks on the video's I've seen.
I have also a few moments from the 80's on Commodore 64 a...
Deus Ex is my most favourite game ever. I have finished it 4 times with 4 different endings.
I'm hoping its very similar to the original, and can't wait to play it. This game will definately be day 1 for me.
Also, I started playing Deus Ex: Invisible War again last night. Its not as good as the first, but still alright.
I'm sure Battlefield 3 can have more than 24 players in multi-player. Maybe not 256 or 128 or even 60, but I'm sure they could get upto at least 36 player count.
I don't mind really as some multi-player games with 24 or less people are still great. If anyone can make a great multi-player game with only 24 players, DICE are the people.
I agree. There are better things to donate money to than these people.
I just can't see why anyone would give money to this kind of cause. Some people are really stupid, its like they have money to throw away.
I think the score for this review is written down wrong. It should read 9.69, not 5.69.
I'm sure I've seen this review before with a score of 9.69.
EDIT: SORRY, I'm wrong, it was this site that gave Homefront 9.69.
I can't see why Homefront should get a lot higher score than Crysis 2.
I play around 10 to 20 hours per week.
Love all types of games apart from strategy and point and click games. FPS, TPS, action adventure, platform, light gun, some RPG's, racing, sports, shooters.
My favourite ever game is Deus Ex
There are 2 games that I play a lot at the moment, GT5 and Just Cause 2.
Hope this helps.
I also agree with what you said. DLC is another thing this gen which is good and bad.
Destruction in games is just getting better and better. Red Faction and Battlefield are all the better for it. Love both these games, destruction is great.
It looks good, but the cornering seems off, just like the first SHIFT. Going round corners fast doesn't seem right to me. There's too much sliding, where the car would spin out.
That was my only real complaint about SHIFT and I thought they'd have sorted it out, as i've seen a few complain about the same thing.
It does look great though, and these night time races look good.
Sonic the Hedgehog is a great game, I even had the full game on my older mobile phone. I got it for my Sega Megadrive, with Sonic 2 also.
The first game I ever played at home was on a friends Sinclair ZX81 computer, It was either 3D monster maze or a Space invaders game. (In the early 80's, I'm 38 now).
The first computer I had was a Commodore 64. I had around 60 games on tapes for that, my favourite was "Green Beret". It was my Commodore 64 which got me into...
@Johandevries
I agree with you about The Saboteur not sucking, Pandemic did a good job on that game IMO. It was a very good open world game. I have completed it and found it a quite enjoyable story.
I also liked Mercs 2, but not as much as The Saboteur though.
I want this game, but am skint 'till next Friday. I will definately be getting it then.
All the video's etc I have seen so far with gameplay in them show Crysis 2 to be quite good.
Can't wait to play it.
The PS2 versions in those photo's are poor. The game looks a lot better than those pictures show.
I am also on my 4th PS3. First blu-ray failure and 2 YLOD's. I look after them well, and keep them clean and cool. Just think I've been unlucky. They have all had a lot of use though.
All my replacement PS3's have been refurbs. First cost £145, but the last 2 were free. Sony have been good to me really, as the last 2 free ones were out of warranty, but they still replaced them for free.
Also all my PS3's have been the 60gig fatty. If this new refurb breaks...
On one of the photo's, the person is wearing an ULTOR t-shirt.
The one on your comment does show COD poster and Activision hoodie though.
It is a bit crap when you lose your console for a while. My first refurb took about 2 weeks to come, and those 2 weeks seemed like a month.
My house is clean, and I take very good care of my PS3. I keep it clean from dust, away from walls/enclosed spaces, vacuum it, etc.
I have done all this and am now on my FOURTH original 60gig PS3. The first had blu-ray failure, and the next two had YLOD. I am on my third refurb and this is still going strong so far.
I've probably been unlucky, but having a clean house doesn't guarantee your console will not break.
I do agree that leaving consoles on carpet an...
I played IGI and IGI2 over 5 years ago on an old PC. I loved those games, played them both all the way through.
I'd forgot all about them 'till now.
I have also spent around the same as you on games for my PS3. I have a collection of 86 blu-ray games at the moment. I used to trade some in when I first got my PS3, but now I collect them.
Trading is a good way to save money, as long as you trade them in while still fairly new.
It does look good, but the handling looks same as the first SHIFT. I enjoyed SHIFT but the driving physics were a little off. Now if they got the same type of handling that is in GT5 then it would be a lot better.
The driving in that video was terrible, I've never seen driving so bad.
