I find it the same. Buying the game used, or after its been out a while, is normally cheaper than you can get it as a download.
Prices of games go down quite quickly now, especially here where I live (UK), but download prices don't drop as quick.

Just like they did on Top Gear once. Big ball two big nets and two sides with 5 or so cars per side.
It worked well on Top Gear, so might work well on a game.

Just watched a video with all the babality's on another article, they are so funny.

Some of these babality's are fantastic, made me laugh.

@Sam Fisher,
@ v1c1ous, they need to make money some how, i mean they earned it. they worked hard, and still are. the least you can do is give them a donation to their hard work

Isn't buying the game at full price a big enough donation for their hard work. I hate all this DLC now. They make enough money from the game as it is.

I got HAZE not long after it released, used for £20. (not worth any more than that). For that price the game was quite good, and the abilitys using Nectar were fun to use.
The shooting and gameplay was good, just didn't have enough game time using Nectar, as you swapped sides too early in the game. Pity about the story and AI though.
If they could improve on the story and AI, a sequal could turn out well.
I did quite enjoy playing through the story, and ...

Nobody anywhere else gives a rip what systems sold in US either. What sells worldwide is what most people care about, not each country seperately.
A lot of people on N4g seem to think US is the world and nowhere else counts.

I go on HOME a few times a year, thats all, but have found some areas have nothing to do in them, which seems a little pointless. The areas with mini games are sometimes quite good though.
I don't buy anything from the shops etc, but have got things for playing games. A few clothes items, chairs and ornaments for my apartment.
Home is alright to go on once in a while to see the new rooms etc, but thats all I go on it for and to play the new mini games.

You may be able to find good deals on steam etc, which is good. But if you buy the disc copy, when finished with it you could trade it in towards another game, which you cannot do with digital copies.
You may be able to afford more than one game per month by trading in disc copies of games.
There are pro's and con's of disc v digital games, but I prefer having disc.
Here in UK, waiting a month or two can get you a game for half the price, if not more on dis...

I enjoyed homecoming myself, but I have seen better. I love these type of games and will be getting this one.

I'm very impressed. Looking good.

It did drop in price here quickly. I got the Zombrex edition, 2 discs, metal case, and pen in shape of a syringe for only £22 around 2 months after release.
I will only buy this if its a lot different to DR2 and then I'll wait till a big price drop.

I have Dino Crisis 2 for PC and I'm not too bothered about it. Completed it in around 4 hours and wasn't very impressed.
The first Dimo Crisis which I played on PS1 was a lot better, just like Resident Evil, but with dinosaurs instead of zombies.

I remember playing 3D Monster Maze on a friends Sinclair ZX81 in the early 80's, (thats showing my age). At the time it looked great, ZX81 only played in black and white, not colour.
I can't believe how far games have come in so little time.

Thats bad, not been able to rent games anymore. Is it not allowed, or is there just no game rental shops?
There is only one rental shop near me, Blockbusters, but that isn't doing great and may end up closing soon.

@kingdavid,
I also shop around for games to get them cheaper. I do see a lot of people in the game shops in town here paying £45 and upto £50 for some games when I could go to a big supermarket and get the same game for £10 to £15 less.
There are still a lot of people who use game shops and pay full price. Its like they have more money than sense.
You do right by importing for cheaper. I would do the same. I find that by waiting a few weeks or...

It looks good, but I'm not into point and click games. I have Broken sword 1 and 2, and did enjoy them, the story was great, I just don't like the point and click gameplay.
The people who do like these types of games though, this looks quite good, and hopefully a great story too. I hope its a game that you can really enjoy.

Just been thinking (yes it does hurt;)), If your only wanting the game for PC you may as well buy the PS3 version. If you haven't got a PS3 you could sell it (PS3 version) and get some money back, and still have the PC game. 2 people could put half each money together and get the game for both of them. Or have they put something in the game that wont let you do this.
The PC only version will be probably cheaper though.
