@ Hennessey86
I saw that comment you made on inFamous 2 been jaggy. I saw the jaggies also, they weren't bad but were there.
I noticed all the comments like yours had more disagree's also. Some fanboys are just blind to things they don't like, and wont believe it, even though its plain to see.
I also agree. This is one of the best open world (sandbox) games I have played. The story is quite weak, but the game is so much fun to play with loads to do and see. And for a sandbox game the graphics are good, better than a lot of other games that are similar. I have played over 100 hours on Just Cause 2 just messing around.
@ Commander_TK,
It is a shame about Pandemic. Their last game, Saboteur was very good IMO, I loved that game. It was like a second world war, Nazi killing, GTA.
Its a pity about True Crime:Hong Kong been just about complete then canned.
It looked quite good in preview video's, but must have been poor for Activision to stop it.
I also only use reviews to see how the game is by reading it, not by the score it gets. I can normally see if its a game for me or not by watching preview video's. I got Alpha Protocol even though reviews said it was mediocre, because I knew it was a game I would enjoy.
If I went by reviews only I would have missed out on some games that I've really enjoyed playing.
I will still support Sony. Its the hackers to blame, not Sony. Also PSN should be extra safe when back up and running, probably one of the safest online places to have your info.
PSN been hacked and not safe is just a rubbish excuse IMO. As when its back up and running it'll probably be the safest place online to use a credit card etc.
Also, only 3 games on PS3 he's interested in. There's more variety and better exclusives on PS3 compared to 360, so I don't buy that excuse either.
It will make Sony safer, and PSN will probably be the safest place to use a credit card etc, when back up and running.
I've had fun using a mic with MAG. Even made a mistake, blowing up some of my team with a grenade, told them I was sorry and messed up, they just replied with "Its ok, don't worry about it" and carried on as normal. (Didn't even know those guys, not on friends list).
Also on MAG, one guy said "Do what I say, trust me and we'll win easy". So we did as he said and won in less than a couple of minutes.
When things like this happen online it...
Just yesterday I watched an ad on TV for L.A.Noire. They are advertising this game early. (This is in UK).
I didn't know that people who work there are rated like that. I will still get my games at supermarkets though as I can get them cheaper.
It could be different though here in UK, with GAME and Gamestation.
No point pre-ordering games here in UK. You get nothing for doing it, if so nothing worth anything. Also you can always find a copy of whatever game you want on launch day. The only game I couldn't get on launch day in my first shop was MW2, and thats because it was on offer for £26, Went to next shop and paid £32, which is still £18 cheaper than the RRP for that game.
Battlefield 3 will be in my local supermarket on day 1 and cheaper than proper game shops.
It looks like it's gameplay is similar to Mafia 2. Open world but story driven, with not much else to do if you stop doing the story.
I could be wrong though, its just how I see it with the preview video's I've seen.
If developers make good enough games, then gamers won't trade in their game, thus making us all have to buy new. I know you always get people trading in games, but if the game is great then not as many will trade the game in, and if you can't find a second hand copy then you'll have to buy new.
I noticed this with COD4 a few years ago, no-one was trading it in. It was harder to find that game used than any other game. It was because it was good and everyone kept it.
Marvel Pinball is a good game with 4 great tables. I have it and also Zen Pinball with all the tables which is also great.
If you like Pinball then you'll love Marvel and Zen pinball games.
I've been wanting to try Crysis 2 multi-player. Been playing single player and when I got round to trying out multi-player the network got switched off.
No rush though, I want Sony to get the PSN sorted right, and I've plenty of other games to play while waiting.
Those mini crossbows are fantastic, I'd love one of those.
Nearly 5 years development time. It should be great with taking that long.
I watched that show when it was on, with the YLOD story around a year ago. Now this. Its like Watchdog or BBC or both don't like Sony at all.
I found "The Saboteur" a great game really. Its like a WW2, Nazi killing, GTA style of game. IMO its quite underated.
The trophies are quite easy in this game also.
