Not to be a downer, but expect to pay $30 for this if it does come out. It would be a whole new game mechanic if put into BF3, and it's only reasonable to charge $20+ for an expansion that changes up game mechanics.

I was pretty surprised too, but since THQ is in a tough spot now, I think its for the best.
I suggest using the A-91 weapon, without RDS. The RDS is only good in some cases, but in CQ where people are running around, it can be pretty hard to hit a target when your accuracy at the hip is TOO GOOD. A little recoil spread works great.
Good tips on the CQD. Too many times I've seen people running from flag to flag, and have to retake flags they already just took. I get SO MANY kills by sticking to two flags because I know for a fact enemies are going to try to cap t...
whew, I was like "What!?" But then they said that.
I haven't had any of that happen to me. Besides, I was thinking about building my own PC anyways, complete with W7 and and a Nvidia card for games. Just not right now. My current laptop doesn't need an OS upgrade right now.
It looked too bland compared to other installments. Previous Halo maps had personality to them, but the map they showed just looked meh.
Don't get me wrong, I will still get the game, but the lack of any ambient effects and filler sounds just make the multiplayer look "empty". Hopefully there will be more to come later down the line.
I don't know about you guys but the forerunner weapons, enemies, and that one multiplayer map they showed didn't look that impressive to me. The visuals, however, are a treat for the eyes.
