YOU don't see the need, but I've seen hospitals use them all the time. There are other things people use tablets for than just play games. Hell I bet devs use tablets to organize their workflow, and I'm pretty sure they do. Also I'm typing from my iPad right now because I can't get to my computer right now, tablets have no use? How about try them before you judge.
nice review, but actually "gun game" is a rip off from Counter Strike, not COD.
He's hated for his sensationalist headlines, but you can't argue that he has some of the best interviews in gaming. Also, he separates himself in gaming because of his personality.
I bought it for a dollar. Haven't played it yet, but I'm sure this game's graphics can't be better than Infinity Blade 2, Modern Combat 3, and Real Racing 2, can it?
Great article! I feel that for multiplayer games, devs tend to release notes on updates online, but for singleplayer games they don't. I think it can be streamlined better, but for singleplayer a patch note may reveal a spoiler in the plot.
for instance:
Damage from final boss (Boss name) reduced to add difficulty
or something like that.
@gravelord
EA wasnt even mentioned. Thats how desperate you are.
Go ahead, just say whats on your mind. A GT5 is better than Forza, say it. U dint even think you guys are mad at forza, you guys are just mad at the people that play it. Thats just sad. I play GT5 and Forza and I think they are both great games.
you see, there's this rumor...
*looks around at empty chairs
*looks at stage
"Um, yay?"
It's sad that it takes a different site to address these problems. WTF is up with N4G lately?
Nope, and... nope.
is everything in the auction house in the actual game that can be unlocked?
At the last couple of seconds, I could tell he just snapped, like "OK, lets hurry this up, I'm jet-lagged and tired".
Nice interview though.
@Darth Gamer
No, how about: instead of leaving the formula the same, how about they leave the difficulty of the game intact. Run and gun action games aren't the product of changed formula, they are the product of dumbed down games. They STRIP away what made the game fun and challenging in the first place then replace it with things that make you get through the game faster then lure you to buy DLC to make it last longer.
...More Gears of War?
jk, a LOT of devs use this engine so it's best to get used to seeing it now.
1. There aren't many core gamers around for the devs to cater to. Even if they did make a game we would like to play and pay for, there isn't "enough" of us that would be able to pay them for the game, at least enough of us for them to make a substantial profit if you factor in pirates and such.
Why should they cater to us when we can hardly cover their costs to develop a game? Which is why many are switching over to the casual market because of low dev c...
Why don't they just do away with Need for Speed since Criterion has been tasked to develop for it.
I WISH THEY WOULD MAKE AN UNDERGROUND 3! Why doesn't EA like money!?
@axelstone
If only I could agree with you. Unfortunately N4G has a habit of sending me error pages. :(
They having killing in a child's fairytale too. Where's the controversy for that?
I think people get hung up on stupid things. If the scene in the game doesn't bother you, then don't try to tell others just to have it justified. The devs won't change a thing anyway nor do they care.
It has to people per squad so it should strike a nice balance.
