I don't think color options would be good, but face scanning sound awesome. I remember they had face scanning on ps2 games.
It has most of them beat already in terms of multiplayer. I've never seen a game get so many accolades for it's multiplayer alone. Over 40 at E3 alone, that's impressive.

They could have used that time making Multiplayer for much more important things.
MW3 would have the potential to make millions more, but they have such a huge fanbase and so many players that the sale of New over used would outweigh the need to include online Passes.

Please elaborate. Do you mean that EA deletes the data from your computer or the ability to access it and download it again? If they just remove it from your computer, I have no problem. I could always download it again and they'd just be helping me clean up unused data that I don't use.
Make the characters interesting to be honest, I wouldn't care less if EZIO died. I couldn't follow his story in AC:2.

Yep. Unless you buy new, the devs don't see any of the money and actually have to pay for you to play their game.
Bfbc2 kinda complicated things. There were 2 MASSIVE updates you had to install in order to play, and unless you bought it new, you couldn't play the majority of the maps. I bought it day 1 but I can see how hard it was for people that bought it later.

I think everyone is biased towards Steam. It has this "burn the witch" feel. I guess people can't accept new.
