As a company, EA wins hands down. Between bf3 and mw3, it's a tough one between sales and reviews. (we all know reviewers love to give cod 9s and 10s like candy)
When my Xbox got a RRD they replaced mine for a brand new one. My friend recently got his gears of war 3 stuck in his 360 and they are replacing his Xbox and his game. I think the service is pretty good from my experience. Nobody has hacked my account so far so I don't know anything about resolving account issues.
